no CE items in game mail

I see people running around with the CE mount. I too bought the CE and have yet to receive those items.

Have you tried relogging?

cause u dont get them ... before release start to READ the Pre order bonuses..

Did you register the CE game key? Or only the preorder key?
No game key == no CE items

The fact that the Mog Station isn't up yet to receive the necessary game codes makes me think this is just misunderstanding on your part. Screenshots please.

Receipt one gave you the RAAU, right?
That's only for the preorder items and early access.
Game code is separate.

I ordered CE too and never received a CE code, only a pre order code, and I ordered the digital download.

If you ordered the digital version, I'd expect the CE code to be mailed out really soon now.

I've seen people with that courl mount and behemoth chocobo armour hanging around moogles, showing it off. :P

I preorder from SE store CE digital and i dont receive CE items too why?? They dont send me any code..but the game is at list as u can see..

Alright, I'll be keeping an eye on my mail. I ordered my Collector's Edition via Greenman. I received the game key, and the pre-order code, and I was wondering if there was a 3rd code for the Collector's edition.

Legacy players with 1.0 CE got the items registered to their account immediately when they registered their early access code.

Probably have to wait until tomorrow to register the CE codes...

Code probably won't work until tomorrow (launch). Digital people without codes I would expect it to be automatically added tomorrow.

The only people with the CE stuff are 1.0 Collectors Edition people because it was automatically added to our accounts. It'll be working like normal for everyone tomorrow, on release.

Greetings fellow wanderer of the Summerford farms! I've not gotten a 2nd email from Greenman, only the first with the pre-order code and Game Key. Just checked my spam and bin folders and nothing else from Greenman. They 'could' be mailing them out later, and the players with CE items could only be the ones from 1.0 it is certainly possible. As long as I get the items I'll be happy~

Ordered from GMG, checking my email like a fiend. Nothing so far. I can't even play yet though, so I think I might hold off registering it, lmao. By the way, it might be in everyones best interest to hold off registering til the 29th. Early access doesn't end til the 29th at 11:49, so waiting would essentially net you two free days ,assuming that you are credited with the 30 free days as soon as you register the account code.

Heard through the grapevine that the CE status will be added to our accounts tomorrow during launch. I've got the emails, and can give SE all the info they need if requested. I'm going to level and be patient till tomorrow for my items. ^.^

Square enix have decided that the website I ordered the game from wont be getting the game untill the 27th, so I might not have the actull CE in my hands untill the 29th/30th...

Edit: That is saturday/sunday. Fuck. I might not have it untill the 1st/2nd...

I don't think even SE could be dumb enough to alienate their player base further by flaunting CE/Pre-order items a day early just for marketing, especially since everyone who is playing it now should already be getting one or both of said bonuses... if you ask me that simply would be a huge slap in the face.

I don't know how you are seeing that...but it is a fact and has been stated in several places on sites for the game. ALL the in game items are ONLY delivered via mog mail and only on the OFFICIAL RELEASE date which is 8/27. Maybe these people you are seeing work for SE and they want to show them off so you will want to upgrade your order to Digital upgrade to get the "cool" items. I did just check the web sit and looked again and they have changed the message now and it no longer states that...hmmmm....now I don't know what to tell you. Hokees, apparently 1.0 Legacy people got them today. Those who aren't Legacy will get them tomorrow through Mog Mail. There was a player poll done in Balmung and no non Legacy people have gotten their CE items.

I'm waiting until tomorrow morning. If I haven't gotten mine then I'll put in a ticket.
