They've already stated it is a widespread NA/EU issue, ALL of my characters are out except for the ones in tutorial starter area and Inn, if I were to leave that zone I would crash out and be unable to get back in.
This ISNT 3102 where your character is stuck somewhere, they do not need your names, and by thousands of people rushing to the forums to post you guys are just going to crash them and give SE more stuff to worry about.
Be patient and let them fix this. While letting others post on the forums about other issues they may be having, before those too get out of control.

I hear you. The forums are so congested right now they barely load at all. I think SE is well aware of the issues by now. Although I must say, reading your post is the first I'm hearing that they said it was a wide-spread EU/NA issue. I may have missed the Devs post with all these other Error 90000 posts though.

Do you KEEP calling the fire department even after they are there dealing with it?
If you do, you are creating more problems than you are solving.
Instead of posting names/worlds for thousands of people... why not limit posts to new information that can HELP them solve the problem.
Such as I just got in, successfully completed a duty based solo quest, then crashed out with 90000.
Now I'm getting a different error, 1014: "World data could not be obtained".
Now just getting 1014. -

If you didn't expect some maintenance during early access then you were a lot more optimistic then me. That being said, this was more than I would have thought. I was a little concerned when Phase 4 was short, even more so when all the issues started happening, and almost in a panic when they didn't extend it beyond an additional six hours. Don't get me wrong, I'm playing this game because I love it, and I'm sure things will be fixed eventually but I understand why so many people are frustrated right now. The OP does have a point though because if SE wanted/needed the info you're giving they would ask. They've announced it's a problem in the game client. These forums have been terrible to get to and there are some other issues people have been having that need to be posted. Granted these should come much farther down the priority list then 90000 and 10102.

It comes down to them not expecting this kind of traffic in early access, which is weird, because they would usually limit early access keys with pre-orders, or at least have record of how many were given out giving a rough estimate of traffic.
Seems someone dropped the ball there and a dam broke.
They have had better customer service than earlier with these issues, however these little 1-2 hours downtimes do not appear to be fixing much at all. Bring the servers down for an extended time during lowest population hours. -

Regardless of what error is currently running amuck, the forums and the server are in a dire state because they were horribly unprepared. I've already stated in here that it's there fault, but let's help things along and ease up the congestion ourselves while they fix it.
Ingame, they already stated that they have severely LIMITED the amounts of logins per server, just so that they can fix the issue behind it. Which is too hard to do while the dam is bursting behind them.
Trying to alert people to do the same here, and allow ease of forum use during this painful time for new problems popping up, before those problems too become larger issues for more and more people.
