STOP posting name/world for 90k 10102

They've already stated it is a widespread NA/EU issue, ALL of my characters are out except for the ones in tutorial starter area and Inn, if I were to leave that zone I would crash out and be unable to get back in.

This ISNT 3102 where your character is stuck somewhere, they do not need your names, and by thousands of people rushing to the forums to post you guys are just going to crash them and give SE more stuff to worry about.

Be patient and let them fix this. While letting others post on the forums about other issues they may be having, before those too get out of control.

I hear you. The forums are so congested right now they barely load at all. I think SE is well aware of the issues by now. Although I must say, reading your post is the first I'm hearing that they said it was a wide-spread EU/NA issue. I may have missed the Devs post with all these other Error 90000 posts though.
