Waiting hours for chat support, just to get canceled

Honestly SE, what in the world is going on with chat support? It's bad enough people have to wait literally hours just to get to talk to a customer service rep, but when it's finally their turn, all we get is http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y28...ps1507ff7a.png

Do you have any idea how frustrating that is?

This whole thing is a twisted joke.

There's always nightmare stories about customer service but this must be by far the worst I've been through or even heard of.

I had to wait a long time, turned out to be over an hour for Customer support to gain access as i had made a mistake in my account settings but they were very courteous and careful and fixed my problem. Then they followed up and I was very happy to commend and thank them for their support. It is not easy to support a huge endevour like this, there were 150,000 people in the beta recently breaking all records for such things, and the demand is huge. So please be understanding of Support and try to be patient. There WILL be long delays they tell us that outright and they are doing their best.

I was in chat support and got skipped 6 times when I was the 1st queue. THEN the 7th time I was waiting over 30 minutes with an estimated 16 minute wait... Yeah GG.

shit is hilarious ... waited almost 2 hours just to get canceled too ... ARE U FUCKING KIDDING ME SE ?

They did it to me yet again sigh

Yeah there must be something going on with chat support. They might be overloaded.

Losing faith in SE.

S.O.B. grrrrr 2nd time threw chat queue get down to position 1 and then gets canceled. 3rd time better be the charm or I'm going to join the rage side of community ^^

Call their support line instead of the chat.

Over here we dont even have the option to chat, its just e-mail. To phone we have to use skype to call to the US and even then they dont publish that phone number to us.
SE Support better improve!

Tried that after 3hrs of all available agents are busy I gave up

Same thing. Stayed up all night to try to get assistance to fix an issue Square Enix created themselves, and each time I got to 1st position it was cancelled.
Phoning isn't an option from here in Australia :(

Hmmm... Well I put in an email ticket 55 hours ago, no help on it yet, phone is always busy, and live chat keeps cycling thru a 200+ person queue to cancel and say there are no available agents. They may be swamped due to the various things, but for me it is bad business practice on the support department's end. There could be at least some better communication regarding what they are using to help customers as clearly they aren't using all of the communication pathways.

calling their support is not an option for me cause I live in austria and its expensive as fuck

Whats worse is that this is not just you. Exact thing happened to me and others. It seems like if they come to your ticket and see its about wrong region they just cancel it.

there is no freakin chat support in europe ... or i just couldnt find it
