Your code WILL most likely be in your spam folder if you use outlook/hotmail.
I received mine yesterday (finally) and the mail was in my spam folder. The code is a 4x5 = 20 characters code. -

I had a feeling that I shouldn't have used the code but when I did it was another copy of the game. I thought I had to install it to get the stuff and it messed up my earlier version I used for phase 4 . Now the install is all messed up yet again.
