Early Access Email Error (Chesk Your Emails)

So I input the new 18 digit code to get my new 20 digit code and it worked. However it says my 20 digit code has already been redeemed even though I for sure haven't used it. Not really sure what to do, my code went through before fine and it showed early access on my account. I'm still able to log into the launcher and it says please wait until early access

I'm fairly sure the new 20 digit code generated by the new 18 digit code I was given was the same as the one I was given before.

So is there any way to know if I'm set for Early Access or not? Should I contact customer support?

if you are on ps3 you can find out by going into your account and checking your services list, itll be listed there along with beta information if you participated in any betas

Im also in the same boat...tho it clearly says to reenter the codes on the site. But when i get my new 20 digit code and input it in, it says thats its already been entered. So did they just transfer the key over to NA? but if so why tell us to reenter the keys again?

So im in the boat bailing out water looking for something to plug the hole with nothing in sight.

My apologies I should've said, I am on the Ps3 version

same thing is happening to me. what a complete mess

quite alright and iirc you can check the pc status by going to your SE account management and it should be under the services list there as well

Ah thank you. It lists FFXIV but doesn't specifically mention Early access or the bonus items. What a headache

its not ok, they're doing a bad job or redeeming themselves. This is confusing and messy. why send out emails if things are not in order!?!

Yeah same thing here. I really wish someone had TESTED these backend systems as much as they test the game.

For the PC version, if the launcher says "Please wait until the start of the early access period or official launch to access the game." you're probably good to go. If it says something else, you're probably in trouble.

go into the ffxiv part and it will list what services you have for it, and the items dont show up...they will be mailed to us on official launch

Thanks so much for trying to help! Im hoping it's just a blanket email they sent to everyone but I'm not sure

Anyway it just lists Final Fantasy XIV and doesn't mention EA unless I'm looking in the wrong place

i never said it was ok to what you stated, i agree that they shouldve done a better job about the whole code situation thing, because it happened in the beta where the codes got swapped

when you are on your playstation3, go to your account management,go to transaction management then go to services list, scroll to ffxiv open it, then you will see the services for that game
