Bump on this. I'm still getting an EU PSN code no matter what I do. I hope they fix this before Saturday...

Sadly according to lodestone is appears they think it has been fixed when clearly a number of people are still affected

Anyone have any info about it? Would hate to see people I know screwed out of their pre-order items and early access just because SE's site keeps spitting out invalid codes and they think it's fixed.
No new info here, keep getting the exact same (incorrect) code no matter what. I've heard a couple of people saying the code eventually worked for them? Hasn't happened for me yet, and PSN NA is going down for a 6 hour plus maintenance in 2 and a half hours.
I'll be trying to return my pre-order to gamestop tomorrow in the absence of a fix.(Paid full price when I ordered) I'll probably then get the digital download, but I'm not 100% convinced anymore, this is WAY too many hoops to jump through.
I hope I eventually get a valid code. For now I will just have to play without it.

If you are seeing a Error 3. This is what someone else tried and worked:
"What finally worked for me was editing my profile settings. Basically, after going to the pre-order code entry site and picking your language, it asks you to log in. After you log in (you may need to fill in some information) it'll take you to the code entry page.
Instead of entering the code, I clicked my newly chosen handle in the upper right corner of the page. That displayed a drop down, and I clicked the "My Profile" option. That took me to the profile details page.
I filled in the information there and noticed that my language was set to English (UK). I changed that to English (US), saved my information, went back to the pre-order page, and was able to enter in my code without any problems."
Error 3 does not help at all, Invaid PS3 code is AFTER you redeem the EA code and then give the PSN code. The code given to you is invalid or wrong region, the email sent to me is from a EU address when i finally got my confirmation email.
Those steps above helped me get the pre-order in. My PC code was fine and is now registered, the PS3 code I got I haven't been able to try. I will be doing so tonight when I get home (9pm EST) so will update if worked for me.
On the 20th I was given an invalid PS3 code but just 30 minutes ago, SE emailed me a new code that worked. Looks like they're handling everything.
Still have an invalid PS3 code they sent me 5 EMAILS with the same invalid code >.<
The codes are invalid I imagine because SE had to add the new codes they issued to the PS Store. After the PSN maintenance, 12:00 - 6:30 pm PST, they new codes will probably be added and the codes you have should work for your download. If you already have the client from Beta 4, that client will work and you will just be prompted to enter the same 12 digit code to get early access as soon as you launch the client.

Still no fix? I was hoping to at least get some reassurance that something was getting done.
I canceled my preorder and bought it through PSN. Worked instantly, circumventing SE's attempts to bog me down with errors.
No physical stuff though.
This is seriously a big problem though. We haven't heard a peep about the invalid PS3 codes except for the one post on the Lodestone attributing it to congestion errors, which obviously isn't the case for a lot of people. I've submitted my Amazon CE pre-order on the redemption website about a million times so far with no Error 3 issues, and I keep getting the same invalid PS3 code for the early access client that I can't use with my NA region PS3 and Sony accounts.
Its thoroughly frustrating to be encountering all of this. Honestly, I could wait the extra few days and do without the early access, but there's no assurance that the other pre-order stuff (Mog Cap and Cait Sith Doll) will be intact for players in my situation. Its ridiculous.
Acooriding to this guy, who contacted customer service, the problem is getting resolved during the psn maintenance.

Has anyone received a valid ps3 code for NA from SE yet?
Mine still didn't work so I finally gave up, canned my preorder off of amazon and just snagged the one off of PSN worked after that point... Sucks that it had to come to that...

Same. I've been trying for days. I'm kind of worried my CE might do this now. Debating cancelling and going digital. But I really want those physical items.
Yeah mine is still invalid also.
Good thing I can play on the PC cause this is just stupid.
It's disheartening, definitely. They've said nothing about it still. I'm glad they've taken care of the PC side, and right now I'm thankful that's my main platform. PS3 is receiving no love.
You two are lucky, my pc broke like 3 days ago :P
Wow, this sucks pretty bad. I feel let down.
Any updates on this? I haven't received a reply to the support ticket I submitted two days ago.
