Unless dev confirmed it wont be in the known missables list. Some items are "almost" dev confirmed, this doesn't make the known list.

Primal Tokens - SE has stated they will use a revamped loot system what about tokens?
This is a temporary list - as soon as the devs post an official one I'll likely ignore anyones suggestions to add to this list. Until then please suggest away and I'll update this main topic. Also include dev links when possible.

Known Missables:
Seasonal Events.... Seriously this should be a no-brainer. you miss a seasonal event, you miss the item. it doesn't depend on 2.0 for this to become missable.
Also Confirmed Staying:
All darklight gear.
--They did however say conditions to earn will change. Which makes sense, seeing that speed runs will no longer be a condition for gear. -

Pretty sure the "official list coming out soon" was the list posted on Oct. 2nd. It wasn't 100% clear on some items, but it was good enough.
It's unclear whether you're still expecting a more complete list, but don't hold your breath. I'm pretty sure that was it. -

The question I have with this is... what about the other key item "on the properties of beastmen".
Let's say someone purchased this for 25k seals, but hasnt earned enough primal seals to unlock the relic quest?
If my math is correct, the refund would be 333,334 gil rounded up in ARR, or rougly 3.333 mil today. -

Like I said, it's not 100% clear on a few items, but it's good enough.
Again, don't hold your breath for a more detailed list. I'm almost positive that was it. Haven't we all learned our lessons about expecting 100% clear information from SE by now? -

/shrug They never said you were getting anything better, merely "a list". Whether or not your personal opinion is that is it unacceptable or "too bland" is irrelevant.
I'm not trying to defend them; I just think you're nuts if you're expecting something more. I'd love to see you be right, but I'm just too jaded at this point to expect anything more. They said they'd deliver something, and deliver something they did. In addition, they've clarified a few precious details that you've assembled here.

The problem with the list on the 2nd is that things like white ravens aren't mentioned. they're not a component in the umbral storyline. It's technically a side quest that contradicts but has no actual part to the umbral story.
one thing I wonder about is primal totems how will they fit in with the revamped rewards system? will tokens remain inventory items or tracked by other means?
also if you follow the players poll results earlier this year there's only about 80 hours of play left till the 1st for most players. (4 hours a day) not a huge deal of time really -

The hats may be available in 2.0 so long as they are not a
- Seasonal event
- Items obtained through events associated with the coming of the Seventh Umbral Era, such as over-aspected clusters
The second piece (Umbral releated events) is very vague to the hats as Primals are related to the Umbral events and yet we know primal weapons will continue forth. Also I doubt it is considered seasonal, unless we are going to be forever stuck with the imperials invading us lol. -
