Yotsuyu Glamour

Having been playing through Stormblood on an alt I've been wanting a glamour of Yotsuyu's dress, it's absolutely beautiful and I wish it were possible to get it.

Whilst her actual Glam itself may not be available, I've seen some very good approximations made using either the Rakshasa Dogi of Healing or Casting (both of which are a VERY close match for Yotsuyu's.

That would be a really nice glamour to have! Throw in the hairstyle, too, as well. :3

Maybe we get it for 30$ in a combo in the item shop some day.

For some reason, SE is allergic to adding Vilan attire in-game or Mogstation altogether. There are so many glams I would love to have, but I know they will NEVER be ingame.

sounds like they dont want to make more money.

I feel like Yotsuyu's dress is pretty stiff and would look strange in-game moving around hence the lack of them apart from crafting. There are a lot of NPC outfits that look great on them but need to be adapted to actual players or just 1-piece for sale.

What does it matter we have an off shoulder kimono XD so stiff or not let ppl have it

Maybe One Day it'll be on the store for 20 bucks.

For this particular outfit, they talked about it in a Fan Fest panel on gear design a few years back. From memory, they said it doesn't work well in the full range of character movement and had to be designed in combination with planning Yotsuyu's animations so the dress wouldn't break.

Which is a crying shame, because I'd buy Stormblood and Endwalker Zenos, Emet-Selch and Yotsuyu's outfits in a heartbeat! Well, when I can get them on discount, lol! Then I'd buy them. Plus if hairstyles are included. Give me a modified shortened Zenos hairstyle!!!!

As somebody who has dabbled a little bit in Blender, I can tell you that it's actually not that hard to slap some cloth physics on and decide which parts should be moving and which should remain stiff.

Me too, me too, plus so many more that are right down awesome. I would love to see Nero's hammer ingame, or his armor as well.

With or without the dress we need her hairstyle

Most likely near the end of the expansion be a good time since they might have spoiler - spoiler - as spoiler content. in 7.5

We got Azeyma outfit and hair glamour coming soon, so at this point anything is possible ! ♥

While I’m not excited to get her hair I didn’t know her outfit was coming as well

As far as npc hair goes we need Nanamos Omega Fs and Kriles

Just popped on cos tonight it was really bothering me I've been waiting since 2017 and it's now 2025, and I still can't get Yotsuyu's attire!

Yeah that's true re: villains but it's a horrible stance especially in this case. It's the one outfit I have waited since Stormblood for, so SE needs to take some claritin and get over it ;) lol

While they're at it, give us some of the other Ancients people's hair styles too please.

Please take my 30.00 USD for Yotsuyu clothing items, for pity's sake. Why do you hate making money, SE? :(

This would be a lovely outfit but I remember the artist who designed her was saying that the dress needed a lot of work and it would not be so great on our characters and I think to be honest they said too much work. I would like the outfit and her hairstyle. I would love Nophica's outfit also as long as her hair is in with it :)
