I wouldntbe surprised if she appears at parts in the story.
But i assume she wouldnt be a massive character consdiering there is no Trust Dungeon she couldnt really participate.

And how could she understand other people better, and bring them peace and happiness than to participate in their customs?

You're going to be in glorious combat with your fellow WoLs, and against your own will, there's going to be a transition cutscene where she exclaims...

"I have come to help you" - She's then going to proceed to take out 40% of the boss' HP because why not.

At the end, she's going to further exclaim -

"We did this together, I want to be strong like my papa"

It would be so cool if they would make this savage exclusive as a reward for passing the door bosses.

Highly doubt it. We will instead befriend an entirely new NPC that has a 99% chance of being someone we have to beat the crap out of in the final tier.

As her own character, I could honestly take or leave her, but as a vehicle for Thancred's growth, I fully enjoyed what she did for him.

I’m one of them lol! I don’t see the of creating and establishing a character then basically yeeting them out of existence the moment they stop fulfilling their purpose as plot devices. They should have let Ryne come with us even if she took a backseat for Endwalker.

As for Wuk Lamat, I can’t see any reason why she’d turn up to the Solution 9 tournament raids lol. I mean, she does have a country to run (aka make Koana run it and take 50% of the credit lol)

Wuk will continue to give despair to FFXIV community for next 10 years

Luk Wamat. Then at the end of the raid series they will drop their disguise.

Here's how it's gonna go:

We get invited to Arcadion. Our WoL thinks to themselves "Oh wow, that would be a great opportunity for Wuk Lamat to prove herself and get stronger!" and goes (against our will) to invite Wuk Lamat to this epic fighting tournament. As we enter the first Raid, the 8 players may look around confused as they spawn in the spectator stands with Wuk Lamat alone being in the arena and facing off against the first boss. Our hotkeys get changed to stuff like "Cheer!" "Go to the left Wuk Lamat!" "Go to the right Wuk Lamat!" "Face away from the obvious eye icon Wuk Lamat!" etc - with each player pressing the button at the same time increasing the likelyhood that Wuk Lamat does as told (though even if everyone presses correctly, there's still a 40% chance that she does something random instead).

Oh boy am I looking forward to that :D

(Jokes aside, I didn't mind her that much. But I'd be surprised if she was made part of the raid story.)

If she is, I'm skipping. Roll on 8.0 where hopefully she's benched never to resurface save for that one time we need reinforcements for whatever, then benched again straight after.

On topic:

8 man raid:
It could be. We had Thancred and Urianger in Eden and Cid in Omega.
The other raids were with other characters though.
I think it depents on how far the writers for that story got the order to include the new mascot of the devs.

24 man raid:
Probably.
They may want to recreate a crystal tower thing with DT being the new ARR and G'raha Tia being there.
They really, really wanted us to love her and the stories are probably already written.

I was really hoping for a unique mount. Like a real special mount, one in which we give Wuk Lamat a piggyback ride so that she could accompany us forever and ever, and ever, and ever...

This is a horrible thought but I think it's pretty unlikely. We'll get one of the Solution Nine or Tanta-er Oblivion folks to tell us that the Arcadion's come back on more than likely the way we checked out the Expert dungeon for Nostalgia.

Forced to agree.

To be honest, it wouldn't fit her narrative anyway. She's supposed to be busy with Dawnservant duties. And she didn't seem one to go looking for a fight/challenge of that nature anyway.

Would make sense being one of the NPCs for the 24 man raids.
