actually he is Miqote.

According to traditional english-latin standards, the "-us" on the end of the name Gaius is masculine, so it would most likely be a male. If the same name were meant for a female, it would be Gaia; or "Gaium", if the gender was neutral/nonexistant.

How do people know Gaius is a hyur?? Also, I don't think its coincidence that Darnus is the ruler of the 7th legion while he wields meteor (because meteor was originally from ff7)..... and that Gaius is the 14th legion (as in ff14).

Also, is it just me or does Gaius seem like he might be secretly good? I don't think he likes Darnus.
