It's awesome, complete with great fun, quick chat options, great playerbase, your progress is tied to how much you play and the cool friends you make, the latency could use some work, and the jobs truly have identity.

Post 6.1 pvp is also deserving of a fair share of criticism between their stubborness to keep Miracle of Nature's effect, horrible map design choices and not adding duo queue when Feast Training had it, but going back to pre 6.1 pvp is not only not an actual solution, it essentially would mean a ton of dev time would be wasted by making what we have now pointless.
Please take your rose-tinted glasses off. It really wasn't great. -

I do like both versions as well. However, compared to me playing everything for the sake of playing last expansion the kits that we have today is the reason why I mainly play CC and avoid frontlines like the plague. It's more teamfight oriented. It discourages solo play outside of the duel arena in the Wolves Den. With folks screaming let them fight and tunneling/suiciding on objectives why invest my time into frontlines when my dps is determined on how frequently the team engages in fights? Can't do it. Feels like I'm afking for half the the game. -

Constantly reworking over and over and over. Clunky old tab targeting with a distance based system for skills/spells, (cutting down the reactivity of a a player which should be the main aspect of a PvP game)
