Everything works. I live in New Zealand and I am on the Japan datacenter. Everything is fine for me. I have yet to see evidence of any real issue currently except that there are long queue times during peak hours. Now I am on a less congested datacenter so there is room for me to be wrong but I'm gonna say it... fix your internet.
I dropped from the server a few hours into early access launch. When it happened there was rubber banding and other weird things going on. There was no 2002 error it was just a disconnect error, from what I remember. That was only right after early access and since the following day I had ZERO issues.
Fix your internet. Try and change my mind if you believe otherwise because I am not seeing any evidence that people aren't just disconnecting because of their own problem e.g. packet loss. Millions(?) of people are in the game right now. Stop blaming people and wanting compensation for your own issues.

My internet never had issues until EW came out, I get booted out of the game almost constantly around 10-15 minutes or less. Luckily It doesn't boot me in the back of queue to relog in, but still very frustrating.
I kind of fail to see how this is on my end when it shouldn't be. -

Kinda of weird since it only disconnects when i'm in a queue of over 5k and once i get to play i nver disconnect till logout for the night also I never get any lag.

I went on watching videos and play other games. I managed to get ingame after a few hours. I have no data on why I don't get 2002s anymore. Maybe the server hardware is better? Someone on the forums took notice that the 2002 occured at 30 minute intervals, which seemed to tie in the auto disconnect feature. I noticed this myself, 2002 right on the dot at 30 minutes unless I used my controller to press a button (apparently doesn't work with the mouse). I also have good stable internet. So no, it's not on our end and we don't need to "fix" our internet for only this game. However, it doesn't hurt to call your provider to have them do a quality check on the wires.
Edit: "I live in New Zealand and I am on the Japan datacenter." which is most likely reason why you were not having the same problems we are. We are playing on the US/EU data centers and the I bet the quality of hardware and service is piss poor in comparison to the JP center. -

Some ISPs comes with terrible routing. Connection has too many hops and may have bottleneck somewhere before it reaches the server. One of my old ISP hops all over my country before it goes international.
Get TCPview from Microsoft and use it check the IP address of the connection. Run Command Prompt with Administrator and use this command
Try some VPN and do it again. Some game focused VPN may improve it.Code:tracert "IP address"

I dont experience issues with my internet, but I have had a few (not many) 2002. If some minor imperceptible issues causes the whole thing to die in a fire of glory then I think they should make their login queue more robust, as no such issue in waiting for anything ever on my systems has been like this.
The queue is extremely sensitive feeling, imo. Coming from someone who has only had a few issues, still seems unnessciarly easy to break everything. Given you could play hours and hours and hours and not a single issue as it holds strong, even sometimes hitting R0 and rescuing itself, but if you lightly breathe too hard at the queue it'll error 2002?
Maybe there is some issue with some ISP or whatever, but imo.. this still seems like a SE issue in the end. Even if the ISP isn't helping the matter. (may read as angry, I'm not, but I also don't think this is not SE's problem- especially if they're suggesting that this issue is going to persist for quite some time). -
