Please rework the whole site/system already because I can't believe items that you buy with real money takes up to 1-3-5 hours to be delivered.
Any other MMO (OW/Genshin etc) items are delivered immediately after purchase.

For perspective the last 5 or 6 things i bought (minions, mounts and emotes) have all been delivered within 10 minutes or less.
Maybe consider changing your payment method if possible as I know most of that waiting time is probably waiting for your payment to validate.
I have no qualms with that, only hoping that emotes are account-wide not just on specific character :(
There isn't a direct connection between the website and the game, so they read eachother's information periodically, such as every hour.
The hamsters are nearing the end of their lives and don't have the same spunk they once did. Couple that with the fact that the maze they have to navigate to get things done for us has gotten vastly more complicated since the debacle that was the ARR foundation maze and one can see how things can slow down.
Just pretend like it's actually being mailed to you by some poor minimum wage catgirl.
I was recently told the process is not automated. I find it hard to believe that some poor guy or gal sitting in a cubicle is processing incoming mog station orders in his email, validating each payment, then going into the game and mailing the item. Thats the only reasonable explanation it would take 3 days for me to get a mount. Well, that the 90s e-commerce website itself.
Depends what you bought, normally stuff is delivered within minutes from my experience. Only time it takes time is when you buy account-wide items like certain mounts.
Not that it excuses it but it would explain it. I also wish for a complete revamp, not just on the cashshop but the whole assigning reg keys, getting expansions, signing up for new players etc.
I find it annoying as hell that I have to log in three times to buy something from the Mog Station.
In wow digital services such as race change can take hours to days. Billing method and bank clearance are the primary factors.

Please revamp the entire user experience of someone purchasing your game or anything in your game. It's a huge pain.

There is a button on the mail interface in-game that says something about "rewards" in the tool tips. Rather than log out and log back in, press that button. If it doesn't work immediately, give it a few minutes and press it again. That's what they're referring to.
Only time it's never worked immediately for me was on an account-wide item (mount). That can sometimes take a day to arrive after the first character on the account gets the item.
I have a crysta purchase from 4 months ago still being verified by paypal. See when that happens lul.

The worst aspect of this game is that it's actually a mess to purchases because of the mogstation.
The last mount i bought took over a day to get delivered, but clothing / weapons skins seem to take a few min. I dont know why there is a delay but it doesnt seem that bad though.
I always get delays. Got the Summer Flame set quite a few hours later, and my Shadowbringers CE purchase took a little bit to process as well. Probably a payment processing thing, since my country's establishments are not the most sufficient.
