Rabbit suit quest: Waste of time for Hrothgar.

Did the quest, got the suit (head and body), but the head part doesn't show, and it looks ridiculous without it. Deleted both pieces.

I think I've given up hope for Hrothgar at this point.

That sounds like an oversight - they specifically said from the beginning that Hrothgar could equip headpieces that replace the entire head.

Even more relevantly, someone posted a glamour over on Eorzea Collection with a Hrothgar wearing the head. So unless that was modded and shouldn't have been posted, they can equip it.

Are you sure you had the "show headgear" button active?

Yeah I don't wanna make it sound like a discredit or anything but an FC mate who's been Hrothgar since ShB came out posted some screenshots of himself wearing the outfit earlier, and the head was definitely showing. Unless he fantasiad to Roe since Saturday without me noticing, it should work.

I absolutely wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't, but I'd still check again.

You can /visor the teeth showing.

The whole suit DEFINITELY shows on Hrothgar, my friend just did a Expert Roulette and some maps (we got to the bottom!) with the whole suit on. So your headpiece was probably not displaying/turned off.

I was told that there would be free ice cream, but there is no free ice cream. There's this line of people leading up to a table with some kind of cooler, and the people who are leaving the cooler have these wrappers surrounding something, but I'm not getting any ice cream! You know... if you have an alt, you could do the quest on that character and place the loot rewards in your Free Company vault. That way you can retrieve them later and have a bunny suit for Fugu.

You can do the fate a couple of times and buy a new bunny suit from the vendor. I believe each piece was 5 tokens each.

Just get gold on the fate once, it rewards 10 eggs and that's piss easy with a party.

The event is not over yet, so no achievements have been granted, so Salvager won't be selling any. But, obviously, the event vendors still are.

I've gotta say I don't like these 2 parter events, starting to agree with the people from the Valentione's event thread(s). Cancelled my sub, so It's gonna run out before I can finish this event. If it's like Valentione's we are literally just waiting for a few dialogue boxes.

Mm, maybe. Guess it works as the new "keep them subbed" mechanic.

The sad thing is the situation is dumb enough to believe it fully at face value because its too believable =/

Have we confirmed whether the Salvager is selling the recent Valentione gear now? I never got around to checking. That was also purchased from the event shop rather than given as a quest reward, so I'm not sure if it would be able to be bought again or not.

I haven't personally confirmed, but I seem to recall a mod response saying it'd be passed along, and was meant to be available from the Salvager by now.

Creepy? Don't know about your server, but mine got several Namazu-, Moogle-, Frog- and Fat-Chocobo-players who all appear much more suspicious to me than a company of cute rabbits with different sizes.

Also, an ingame-friend of mine cosplays all day and night a Chocobo since she wants to play one, which might be something far more creepier than any hilarious costume we got so far. (I for one find that cute, though.)
