Everquest
Any of a number of console / handheld s/trpg's.
Right now, Destiny 2 on PC and Shovel Knight on my Switch.
- Resident Evil 2 Remake
- Fire Emblem: Three Houses
- The Witcher 3
The Doom series, the Heretic and Hexen series, the PC versions of Halo 1 and 2, Oblivion, Skyrim (rarely). A bunch of other Steam games that I play so rarely, I don't even have them downloaded.
Used to play GTA V online until it became 100% grind or pay. Avoiding RDR2 online for this
Now however Halo Reach. owo
Sometimes goof around in gw2
Play Dragon's Dogma for hours while praying for a sequel
If I'm not messing around in the Creation Kit, I'm playing Fallout 4.
Battlefront 2 most recently due to the celebration edition coming out for it. Otherwise, usually Civ 6, Stardew Valley, Battletech, Elite Dangerous, and also still working my way through The Witcher 2.
SWTOR and WoW.
That said, I have never taken any break from FFXIV since I started playing it. I log in almost every day to do things in FFXIV, but I don't spend my entire free time in FFXIV unless I'm doing something with the FC that takes time to do.
I do take breaks from SWTOR and WoW, and I play either or both when I feel like it, as I have been recently.
I don't really have the time or interest to play other games lately, but that could change any time if a new game catches my interest.
As a MS-DOS DooM fan, I am kinda delighted. Hexen is great, too. It's that game where you can play as the Cleric, Mage or Warrior. At a certain point, you enter the tomb of your selected class and fight "yourself".
The Warrior's mirror-enemy is called...
Yes, that is where I got my name from.
Sincerely,
a MS-DOS gamer.
Pokémon Shield currently, though that is making its way to the shelf until January. Started playing Dauntless on my Switch and I won't lie, it is actually pretty fun. Some Switch ports aren't the best, like Warframe. Warframe is way too fast paced for that. But Dauntless is simple enough and it runs well outside of the main hub. But I guess that leads me to my next game, Warframe. Great on PC and not too graphically taxing with the right settings, but still looks amazing. I don't think I've ever thrown as much money at a free to play game so willingly than I have with Warframe. They are slow to push out content, but it is usually worth the wait. It's mostly grinding for new frames and weapons with no true endgame, but there's quite a few activities people can do. It's just fun to me.
The game where I try to convince myself to draw, but procrastinate by endlessly refreshing my twitter and tumblr feeds instead, and so nothing is accomplished.
Really though the only thing I've touched lately is Stardew because I always get an overwhelming urge to do a farm sim in the fall/winter; also FE3H, which I guess I am 56 hours into Chapter 1.
...It's going slow.
Working on Nier Automata, with occasional dips back into Pokemon Sword. Need to go back and finish off Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition, too.
2019 best outgoing game
Fortnite
Been playing Minecraft recently, played a little Crash Bandicoot last night. FFXI. Few things.
Star Wars The Old Republic ♥, the Knights of the Eternal Throne expansion is just as good as Shadowringer

Tera online and The Elder Scrolls Online is what I play when get bored of FFXIV. Other than them I watch lots of anime and try catch up on all new ones out.
Recently been playing Dark Souls and Dark Souls 2, and even some Minecraft too, as shameful as it is too say. Hit burned out of FF14 so playing them helps with that.
And as I write this I’m about to give COD: Modern Warefare 3 multiplayer a try, I hear there isn’t very many hackers about so I’m hoping to god I’ll be able to play some TDM with no issues. MW3 isn’t the best COD but it’s damn better than anything that’s come out recently.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Fire Emblem Three Houses, Pokemon Sword and Zelda Breath of the Wild.
Persona 5, Dissidia NT.
Halo Collection, Warframe, sometimes DIII/PoE, Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Overwatch, Dark Souls or Souls-esque games, sometimes League, MTG: Arena and whatever else kinda interests me.
Overwatch and Football Manager 2020.
GTAV online, Assassin Creed Origins and the sims4.
Blade & Soul for MMORPGs
But regular solo games, I usually replay my favourites (FFVIII, IX, X, XII; Suikoden V, IV; .hack//G.U. trilogy; LoZ: Majora's Mask; NieR:Automata; Persona 5; or whatever I have an abrupt craving for).
Off and on, I'm slowly trying to get through NieR: Gestalt, too... But I'm nearing the end so I'm avoiding it like the plague.
I hate beating games. The void of beating them hurts my soul. If I don't beat them, I can easily replay it as many times over without getting bored because I can con myself to get a little further in this time... If I beat a game, it's usually by accident. XDD
Stellaris and Pokemon when my Internet is playing up, during maint, or when I am away from home. To be honest, most of my game-time is swallowed up (in a good way) by FF14, so I don't really play any others.
