Receiving no rewards from the gold saucer

I don't know what's going on but I have repeatedly asked the game developers many times do the situation going on with my character ( Rydia Of'mist )I don't know if it's due to their incompetence or they're downright laziness or refusal to help players
Every time at the gold saucer I run a chocobo race I get a reward of 0 mgp and a 0 reward of experience points my bird after running 30 races is still ranked 1 because I am getting no rewards whatsoever I have made multiple complaints about this I have even taking screenshots and if I have to delete character that I have over $200 invested in well that shows me the incompetence of the development team and the game Masters
so please development team and game Masters get off your chair and actually fix my character this has been going on for quite some time now and you continue to refuse to do anything about it I am going to launch a formal complaint in the morning

That last part was a typo it was supposed to say
(So please go ahead and try to fix it I will be getting InTouch and lodging a formal complaint) I hate typos in Auto spells

If all of your "repeated requests" (and your "formal report") start with accusing the devs of being incompetent and lazy, then I wouldn't expect to get any reply about it.

A quick look at your post history shows me that the last post you made about it here was replied to by a GM, telling you the correct subforum to direct your issue to, and to follow the standard template for technical support requests.

You only made that post two days ago, and it's the weekend. And you haven't yet given them the technical information they asked for so they could solve your issue.

I don't think you get to question their competence over that.

Well it sounds like one of the "we want it NOW" impatient generation.

Tyrant try mailing a complaint to your local government or some other public service you'd be lucky if you get an answer in 5 working days

Are you running races with friends in a party?

Yeah, im sure you dont. They said as much when they last made big changes to chocobo racing - its in the 4.3 patch notes if anyone wants to go digging.

In OPs defense, it is weirdly difficult to get a legit issue fixed.

There's two sections for chocobo races when signing up. The one that says "Party" doesn't offer any rewards. Oddly enough, you CAN queue up for the other mode with a party.

Sounds like one of them Layer 8 issues I've been hearing about.

Chocobo have level caps.

once your chocobo is capped. You Get a new chocobo starting at zero EXP and built it up your looking for a 5 Start in all stats and rank 8 or something like that.

LOL this guy... what a salty pos, calling people incompetent. You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. The chances for a bug to only affect you and only you is slim to absolutely ZERO. I'm 99.9999% sure this is a problem with you and your actions or ignorance. If by any chance this is a real bug if you don't go through the proper channels and the proper format how do you expect the team that deals with bugs to sift through millions of players to find yours if you are only just whining on general forums.

You sound absolutely awful. Kind of like a bratty 5 year old throwing a tantrum, only to realize the tantrum wasn't warranted in the slightest.
