Immortal healers

The random PvP is unenjoyable sometimes. The players not try to focus the healers on random PvP, and because of this, they are immortal. Maybe the players just give up already chasing them, and kill the closest target. Even if some of us focus a healer, the other one easily keep up his mate. Other times 1 healer just not going to die no matter what(i can burst them very hard with my ninja stun/combo, still not enough with 1-2 mate). The worst part of this, when your team not have a single healer, while the enemy have 2, your team doomed already if you have to face the other team. (Once my healer team mate said, he going to capture their base because if they stupid enough, try to focus him and 2-3 of them not enough to kill him, so they lose numbers on middle!!!)

So please SE, for the sake of the players who love the random-PvP, nerf the healers in random enviroment. This is unplayable, and if not going to be changed, i not going to subscribe any time until something happens.

It only takes 2 dps to kill a healer, the feast is proof of that. You just need to learn to burst together. Killing healers is an art.

Look by that same standard... do you think that healers should be punished EVERYWHERE!?! because that's pretty much what you're calling for OP as a person that generally takes some form of healer for every single alt they make I can tell you being healer sucks alot. It already takes a healer two times as long to kill an enemy. Picture the levelling grind for that.. Then we get dungeouns where it seems like NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING! and not just the starters. We hardly ever get to be adventurers in need that seems exclusive to tank 99.98% of the time. So no bonuses to help raise our rank quicker. And now you want the one thing we're good at (Healing) To be nerfed cause you get the teams that dont want to cooperate?NO! Welcome to PvP in every MMO ever.

I guess you not understand my stopic since i said on FRONTLINES suck the pvp against healers, because the players mostly not going to focus anything, attack the most closest target no matter what. Sometimes we mark the healers, still they struggle with Paladin near a healer, have fun.

That sounds like a "your team isnt working together" problem not a gameplay problem.

So just because the leveling with healer suck(the roulette que still faster with healer then dps, just sayin), you have the right for being unbalanced and ruin the random pvp gameplay, right. Normally your team should to protect you, not you should to tank down 2-3 dps from the enemy team. Anyway check back the forum posts, not only i feel the pvp bad because of healers, which mean it is not only my problem. (I deleted some of your words because not enough character for my answer, no offense!)

Which is describe the most game u play, if u grind frontlines like me u will barely catch a beast team which is probably a premade. And yes, this is the not gameplay problem, but since the problems i mentioned this ruin the casual random pvp.

You need to queue with friends or actually direct your team of randoms rather than call for a role to be nerfed. Gameplay problems require gameplay fixes. Teamwork problems require teamwork fixes.

So you suggest for me to que with friends, or the random pvp is unplayable because the healers without hard focus not going to die, wut? How do you want to direct a player who kill the paladin rather then healer while both of them near each other? We usually mark the healers and ask the team for focus, still nothing.

I've done it before. Its actually not that hard if you put some effort into it. I use text macros all the time in frontlines.

Kill orders. Flags. Markers. Specific commands. Specific targets. Orders to press. Orders to retreat. Sound effects. They all go a long way in frontlines.


Nine times out of ten people are running around like chocobos with their heads cut off because they don't know what to do.

I see you try to help me:) glad to it, thanks. Still, in my opinion the developers should to make the gameplay fun, not i should to struggle with headless chocobos for some focus/team work.

Then what you want is to revert to 3.0 PvP. Or at least an increased skillset beyond the 9 button mash.

i just put a countdown on anyone and my 30 teammates zerg the fk out of the target, its great

Dunno what it was like, i play less then 2 months ago, but i saw videos. Imo the old system was far better then this primitive 6 button spam. But as you can see, no matter what the developers do to make the game easier, the most player still cant use it properly. Anyway i would like healer nerf, not fun at all that they can tank down 2-3 dps from your team alone.

I played 11 years of World of Warcraft PvP, and i was kinda good 4 months ago on rated arenas(like feast) and rated battlegrounds(like frontline on rated difficulty), so dont think im a fool who cant use his own job and came here to cry for unwise nerfs.

That is if players know what the countdown means. I have watched someone put up a countdown and the other dps and tank just goes derp on someone else.

Personally, I can only encourage you to find a different game for PvP. This game's PvP is notoriously bad and as a result, notoriously dead and that's unlikely to ever change, because the developers have their priorities all wrong from the ground up. The fact that they want to sell this game's PvP as an E-Sport tells you all you need to know, really.

And for healers, well...

No point even bothering when that's the priority on his mind.

Thanks for your post:) Yeah, i dont think just because i started a post something going to change, but this is the reason i not going to play if my last 7 day goes off. The main story questline, and the colorful amount of content this game have is just beauty and amazing, compared to World of Warcraft, but i not going to play raids and dungeons because i not like to fight against computer.

Just be clear, the pvp is dying atm, at late night u have to wait 20-30 min sometimes for a single game? The other problem the reward system, on Stormblood you not really have any mmo-like reward which gave us some progress for doing pvp and upgrade our characters. The old pvp what i saw on youtube where we have the pve-like abilitys should be far better for pvp then this...

So seems like im done with this pvp.

Easy to solo average healers and some others with a surprise attack. Otherwise, just work with someone else.

Yep if their team not swarm around them, and you have someone on your team who focus them with you. I dont care anymore, 5 day left, i never going to log in until mayor change come and i like it from the videos. Yesterday night i was in que for 20 minute, and i gave up.

I agree, multiple games have better pvp, but it have nothing to do with healers.

While we're at it, please nerf DPS health. As a Tank, I cannot 3 shot them.

((No! We should buff DPS because I cannot 2 shot Tanks.))

Whoa...that was weird....channeled like all the roles I play. It's so strange that each one of them thinks they need a buff.
