Can we have Mob Chain XP Party as an alternative leveling method in 5.0.

I really enjoyed Eureka, saying that getting to elvl20 2 days ago. I made PF groups for Chain partys all the way to 20 and it was a blast. So can we please have the same in 5.0 as an alternative to Dungeons, PotD, and daylies to level our jobs. Grinding Fates, dungeon and daylies since 2.0, chain xp partys are really some sort of fresh wind(or nostalgic wind since its similar to FFXI partys).

Wait, I'm a bit confused. Since you "really enjoyed Eureka", then you should have no problem killing thousands of monsters your level in the world map in order to get to the next level, despite each kill only contributing to less than half a percent of your EXP bar.

Because that's exactly what Eureka is. Basically, what you want is already in the game.

It won't happen, but I really wish it would :(

Mob chaining is not viable past initial release due to the lack of level sync outside of lower level fates as the only efficient way to mob chain is with a full party.

I want to form a group of 8 and kill tough monsters that higher than me and chain them and get meaning full XP from it. If its not meaning full nobody wants to do it and i dont want to party alone. You may not understand the concept of forming a party, setting up a camp and staying there for hours chaining mobs, because you probably never experienced it. You missed out on something that can be extremely fun and social, much much more social and engaging than joining a dungeon run thru duty finder. I dont expect you to understand.

I think its still very much possible to find enough people at your level range. But they should add level sync option for eureka party anyway.

What you're describing is more akin to FFXI. The problem is the core combat of XIV doesn't allow for anything similar; Eureka has shown us that. XI had a much slower paced combat system and didn't have other systems in place which made the camping method obsolete. This game just isn't built for it and won't be able to replicate the social aspect you could get from farming in XI. The faster style combat in this game makes typing in chat near impossible, let alone to hold conversations.

Just gotta type fast you can spare 1 GCD once and a while. But you are right what you say basicily but it still worked for me in eureka.

k, but I want real fixes first, like glam log and inventory issues along with the absurd idea renting inventory space.

Diadem 3.0 taught us SE is unable to pull enough resources to program what you are asking for in a timely manner. They will also have to balance classes better, there is a reason DF is the main tool to use and why they do not have a meta 8 outside savage.

FFXI shown it had problems due to this, jobs being exiled while others are too much in demand.

The next expansion should give you access to higher zones long time before the actual MSQ brings you there so that you could create a setup where a level 70 party faces lvl 80-85 monsters. Until now, the moment you enter a zone, you can already easily kill all mobs in your way.

And they also need to design spots with some level 90+ monster so that the last levels can still be earned that way.
