Not that I think it will matter, but I've made a thread on the JP PVP forums. The hope here is that it will get some attention in Japan, since it is doubtful that any of our feedback is being sent by the NA forum moderators. I've linked the recent feedback thread as well.
It has 100 views and 5 thumbs up within the first 20 mins, so people are looking at it.

I was tempted to make a video of the ways to identify bots and provide a list of ~200 characters I've been 100% sure were bots, but I ended up giving up on it. I don't think SE cares about bots in ANY gameplay mode because they're rampant everywhere. And naming someone botting just gets YOU in trouble instead.

Probably its a compiled version from every other Moderators from each Language, but maybe after the Ungarmax incident, they will probably will be showing more diligent action than before.
But that was from the support moderators mistake for not submitting the reports regarding the exploit, so who knows. -

Meanwhile on EN i have seen the answer only one time in all of mine 3 months existence on the forum.

I don't doubt that Kaposhipi (not sure if I spelled it right) is relaying our wishes to the dev team, but we get so little real feedback in here that it's like a desert. We feel like we give and give and give suggestions and receive very little in return. Then all of a sudden, changes (like the 4.0 pvp) are lumped on us like an avalanche. Now, I grant you, it is probably one small step in the overall plan for PVP, but we don't know what's on the horizon and because we love this game and this mode so much, it's really discomforting. -

O.o so you're only allowed to post on the JP forums if you're a native speaker? That seems kind of messed up and I cant imagine it happening the other way around. I guess after the ungarmax thing they're probably worried that people will start posting every "but-its-important-to-me" issue, but sheesh.

And there are plenty of people from Tonberry and other JP servers that post here, and we still understand and welcome them. I guess maybe it was because we felt we weren't being heard, and the mod did mention that they compiled everything from all the different regions, that they closed it -- not because you were an NA player posting in a JP forum.

I just wanted to say that I'm not the only one to relay your feedback to the dev team. For the PvP threads specifically, it's a joint effort by everyone in the NA team and myself - Luxpheras, Sicycre, Zhexos and Bayohne have been helping a lot with PvP feedback.
Sorry to read you feel like you're receiving very little in return of your feedback. We always strive to improve our communication, and while we can’t promise to satisfy all the requests you submit, we will continue to work with the dev. teams and the community team as a whole to reflect on how we can provide more information to the community when we can.
Let me also add that we unfortunately cannot respond to all threads even if we would love to, as explained in another thread by Luxpheras. I know you all are working hard, and that PVP is just one of many facets of the game. I guess we're a bit disheartened with PVP in particular because it seems that the rapid influx of bots in Frontline, hackers in Rival Wings and all of the above in Ranked Feast make it seem like the rewards aren't worth working for. And despite pages and pages of feedback, they still continue and flaunt their advantages and exploits, season after season. Of course, having been a community advisor on forums in the past myself, I know that there is little that you all can do about the issues other than report it to the team.
I also realize that real solutions to these things, and not just band-aids, take time to happen and that if you told us WHAT was happening, the bot-makers and hackers would stay one step ahead. I guess I'm just glad to see that our feedback is reaching the team, even though the first thing I do after every patch is sprint to the Feast Quartermaster to see if I can turn in my collars for a hellhound yet. :)
