Grand Company Storyline.. is really Spicing up!

Yes, I know I finally started up GC missions again lol, and man I'm so glad I did, That scene with Darnus and Baelsar was beyond epic, Music in the background gave me the chills, and seeing the Red Moon ( Dalmud) when you first go into the Echo was an Excellent Opening!

Those tombstone things.. thats the Key to bringing forth Dalmud? We must save Eorzea from the Garland that's trying to bring forth The big Moon!... I didn't know the Garland Feared another Civilization... "Allag" Thats a new one :o. and thats their reason behind destorying the world of Eorzea? Things are sure heating up folks!

Felt that one coming LOL, and Im really late on the Storyline uptake, so I figured everyone did that part by now :P

Its only been a month, so ya never know. However, it is certainly awesome. I really enjoyed the Twin Adder story arc, and yes each one is different.

Do someone has a link for a video of Ul'dah and Gridania latest GC quest?
Apparently they are completely different than the one of the Maelstrom.

True... as Its been a month and I finally first did it :P. Yes I enjoyed thoroughly the Twin Adder arc too!. It actually got me interested more into the lore, more than I was last patch... I think were starting to get closer to the Climax of the of the Storyline.. each patch.. the Red Moon gets bigger.. I wonder when it gets close enough.. the Red Moon (planet?) will be Visible?

"Stars" can be Planets Like Earth is a star to other planets that you can't Visually see with the naked eye. thats why I'm saying, is it possible that this star could be a Planet crashing into Eorzea?

What, wikipedia goes down for one day and people start making their own versions of the universe up? Stars are stars (flaming gas balls of fire and energy) planets are planets (spheres composed of gas, solids etc that generally are not *on fire*). Earth is not a star in any context, it's a planet that might reflect light to look like it's shining, the same as the moon does.

Dalamud is a *moon* (a small planet that orbits another object) and yes, the assumption is that it's going to crash into Eorzea, the quests aren't exactly subtle.

I wasn't making anything up what's so ever. If you look at Earth from afar, would you see a little blueish like dot in the sky? Would it look like a star, I'm asking if you saw Earth From afar to the points is barely Noticeable, what would it look like to you?

and Sometimes, Wiki doesn't give you straight up answers ( because in wiki, anyone can put in anything from what Im being told). I'm not saying I know much about Space. was just asking a Simple question. What would Earth look like if you could barely see it with a naked eye?

Now since I know this Dalamud is a Moon clears up some things though lol

Every GC Quest is different from the other GC's one at same level, yes. This humble catgirl will attempt to record the Immortal Flames ones, but I swear Youtube sucks for large videos and i'm bad at video-editting

Oh, no, I meant it is a literal Death Star. It's a super weapon that was created by the Allagan Empire. It isn't naturally occurring.

They don't fear the Allag. The allagan civilization is extincted since thousand of years. The Garleans found some relicts of the lost civilization and want to use them now as weapon against the beastmens (and Eorzea).

Must have read it wrong then.. oops :P, but still never the less, epic CS :D

Exactly, the Garleans fear the bestmen because of the Primals from what I understand.

It really is. I was worried there for a bit that FFXIV might not live up to it's predecessor story-wise, but ever since Yoshida jumped on board it seems like things are moving in the right direction. I don't know if anything will be able to topple CoP for me, but if they can even come remotely close to that I'd be one happy man.

CoP was shaping up so amazing, it is a shame I never got to finish it =( XIV's direction might be taking its time due to the revamp, but it is quite good. I hope they sort out the order of the story related content in 2.0.

Those of us level 50 already can consume as it comes, but what about new players that might trigger events before they make sense?

CoP= Still best Expansion I have ever played in my life :D, Idn, this year long event sorta has this vibe.. but CoP is still the best :D

I wish SE would add a "The story so far.."section to Lodestone that summarizes 1.x up to the previous patch.

So when 1.21 comes out, they'd add what occured in 1.20. That way we can have a recap of events, learn what other GCs saw and when 2.0 launches there'd be a wealth of back story for new players.

Limsa story sucks so far. I got shot in the back and Cid and Black Wolf talked for a second. Wasn't anything special.

What it did was irritate me alittle bit. Shot in the back, that's how easily my character could be killed.

Well I have new names for White and Black. Stupid Evil and Derp.

Stupid Evil tells Cid that he needs him to tell him about Allag, then proceeds to try to kill him when he refuses. This is the same guy who thinks that "Nothingness" is awesome.

Derp is the guy who kinda likes Eorzea and Cid but doesn't have the balls to do anything but sit there and be conflicted.
