EU Accounts' Payment Options?

As we all know EU accounts closed down 5 hours ago. Me and many of my friends are trying to pay since then but there is no way to do that as you can see here:

ClickandBuy isn't helping since it doesn't support all credit cards / countries.

I don't care about direct CC payment or PayPal, if we could at the very least be able to add Crysta it would be great..

Ultimate Game Cards are easy to get.. there's just no way to use them on our accounts.

One of my friends is buying a new NA account just to have the option of adding Crysta and that's just not right.

Like I posted in another thread (and regardless you saying you don't care about direct CC option)...

I hope they'd implement it soon, because it's weird to close down our accounts before offering us a chance to pay.

Same here.. locked out of FF14 because clickandbuy does not support my region..

Hope this gets resolved soon..

This is the company you guys have faith in to make an amazing game to be released a year from now. So much so that you want to give them money to be part of the open beta. They have had 16 months to resolve this simple issue(an issue that every other mmo company in the world that I know of doesnt have) and they STILL havent done it.

Something as simple as billing.

Now come on in here and tell me to GTFO and call me a troll or a hater but deep down you know I am right.

Think before you post. Nobody ever wants to not get paid. If it's taken so long it's for a reason. Trust me, they're working as fast as they can on ways to get paid. Of that you can be very sure.

Let me guess the point is they want our money and are working hard to figure out a way to get it.

I think you missed my point that you could teach an ape calculus in the time they have had to figure out an easy to use payment system.

When people talk about credit cards and C&B not accepting them, are those talking about VISA? And is there a regionlock on those cards so it denies transactions?

I live in Norway and have never once in my life experienced any problems making purchases anywhere on the net or in real life. C&B took 521 NOK from me last night it seems and my account is active luckily.

Did they work this out for you guys? Was that what the shut down was for? I went to bed right after the forums shut down and didnt bother to read why. i hope thy got it fixed for ya.

Odd, I'm in the UK and I used paypal to buy crysta, I would have assumed you could do the same for all of europe, after all when buying through paypal they take care of currency conversion so it shouldn't make a difference which area you're in so I can't think of a reason why it's not open to you.

Same as above in the UK and have the option to buy crysta via CC and paypal.

Tonymontana does have a point I'll give him that much.

Sadly Crysta is still not available for many countries including mine. Isn't there a way to change your country in the "Account Information"?

It's a combination of a bank and region lock. I've seen posts of international users getting their card denied by CnB because their bank or CnB doesn't support each other, but someone from the same country with a different bank can use CnB. Switching to another bank or credit card (some people only have one!) just for one game is of course, out of the question.

Other times entire regions have been shut out. There was a post from someone in Malaysia that stated CnB doesn't support Malaysian banks and credit cards. And what's worse for them is they have no other alternate means of paying - no UltimatePay and therefore no PayPal or Direct Debit/Credit.

It's a giant cluster**** of a mess that needs to be fixed as quickly as possible.
