Eating Lalafel

Anyone else ever crave the succulent and juicy flesh of our Lala friends? Or just me? :confused:

Yes, it's just you. I'd rather eat a medium rare Miqo'te or some smoked Au Ra. Mmmm... mouth's watering. I guess I'll host a surprise party for some of my FC members tonight.

This isn't how it works, this isn't how any of this works. Lala's are destined to be used as an emergency food source. Miqo's are not food, if anything they're your best bet to survive. We take fish as bribes.... er payment...

Everyone knows that in a survival scenario that the Cloud Breathers are the first to go. A carefully prepared Roedagyn can feed a family of four Lalafells for nearly a week! Even if you could manage to kill a Lalafell they could barely sustain a Cloud Breather for a day or two.

I'm not sure about consuming Au Ra. Those scales make the meat taste off.

The reason I'm not eating Roes yet, it's because there are only few of them around. I don't want them to extinct. Kinda the same for Elezens.

Try braising the lalafel until tender. Brings out the flavor.

Still, they're little better than appetisers, and they are prone to biting, so you have to club them over the head first. There's less risk and a better reward if you cook up a nice juicy miqo'te instead. All you generally need to do is get them drunk on wine beforehand, and doing so adds a great flavor for a really low effort.

That's accurate, and they seem to breed like bunny rabbits to make up for the fact that their is very little meat on their body. Yet despite that their meat is like veal. So, so, so good!!!

I don't know how to explain this.. for me, certain "jokes" are/should only be used sometimes... otherwise they become just ... /facepalm

Don't get me wrong I understand this thread and in a way it is funny... but a joke should be told only "a few number of times " ... anyway for me atm

Do I look like a Lalafell? Clearly not cannibalism completely different species. Although arguably social cannibalism considering they're also sentient creatures. But I can eat lalas AND fight the darkness. :D

Well, some countries likes to do cat barbecue. The Eorzean version of that would be the barbecue made with Miqo'te meat.
