I'm not going to complain because this is awesome and gives warriors back their 2.x-3.x identities, but jeez, this almost too good. Why's square being so nice?

I've not leveled Warrior up past 60 yet. Is it doing the weird slowly scaling down as we level thing? Because I'm seeing it be 25% at 60.

I know you're being silly, but less than 25% of it, Bloodbath would have done an identical job if you just used Cyclone while it was up.

Either way is way too low to act as a full replacement for Bloodbath, but it's a step in the right direction I'm happy to see at least.

I wrote the comment before the patch went live....

Its not a huge amount and its not very spammable like DA+AD. Plus its a DPS loss and you know how WAR players hate those when they could use Decimate instead now.

Actually I been using this quite a bit instead of switching for decimate so far. It gives my healer time to AOE, assuming there is a large crowd of mobs. It doesn't do really anything for our survivability against Bosses and I think unchained is still useless for lvl 70 content but beggars can't be choosers I guess...

Yay, it's a change I've been wanting back in 2.0 when IB self healed for 300%

This gives that risk-reward choice back to WAR tanking. Nice

Wow, 25% healing on 3 gcds at most. Amazing.

I've always loved Steel Cyclone, so this is a fabulous change for me. Loving it!

This is even better than it was in 1.x when it was OP. Pretty nice if you ask me.

Sorry, where is this healing? I only remember it with Moogle Axe. The stun is admittedly nice, but I see it being much better overall.

The fact that it was in 1.0 nullifies anything good it had then.

AoE vampire tanks unite. <'fist>

With the extra MP from Quietus, and extra strength from the accessory changes, Dark Arts + Abyssal drain is doing much the same deal for us DRK. I'm quite enjoying the change :3

Rampage healed you every time you crit, and it always crit when combo'd.

Umm, I regularly overhealed from 10% HP with even just 3 mobs. It wasn't any HP steal on the skill itself that made it OP back then; it was its potency...and its auto-crit. ANY critical strike healed you back then, due to stance. SC simply took massive advantage of that.
