[Suggestion] Possible to re-obtain lost Achievement Rewards?

I made a thread about something similar a few days ago, just thought I'd just make a formal suggestion in the appropriate forum.

Can we possibly have the ability to re-obtain Achievement rewards if they are lost?

All other items in the game can be obtained again if you happen to lose them for whatever reason. It's a shame that we can't get any of these back if something happens to them.

I second this request.
Even if you have to pay gils to get it back!

Yea, I wouldn't mind paying a fee to get it back either.

Well, would be nice you just reobtaining it every time you talk to the resective NPC if you don't have it in your iventory. Pretty simple to do...

I bet they could implement this in like 5-15 min tops since it's just removing the one-time obtainable flag.

I agree they should do this. I can't believe they had it in the GM services and then still denied it. Someone had some since in the company, but procedures trump common sense.

Shouldn't have to pay a fee for a service ALMOST EVERY OTHER MMORPG provides for free, just saying.

World of Warcraft:
Accidentally sell an item to npc? Can buy back last 8 or 10 items for price sold (No gil lost)
Accidentally drop or materia/disenchant an item you didn't mean to? Have item restored within 24/36 hours in mailbox.
Accidentally obtain an item you didn't mean to roll/loot? Have item take from inventory and given to correct person within 24/36 hours in mailbox.

Might want to look into this SE. Sure the good old days of automated responses and GM manuals on what line to copy paste to someone with a ticket is cool and all but it gets old and annoying at some point.

Not to mention but we are actually having to pay for this "service" in a few days also...

This is what I would expect from any pay-to-play MMO. Box sales (including expansions) alone are supposed to cover development and server costs these days, the subscription fees are just pure profit. However, due to FFXIV's terrible release this isn't the case right now and I understand that. But if I'm going to pay monthly for an MMO, which I am, I expect to see top notch customer service.

They should definitely add this. And as much as I hate comparing this game to WoW. . . They did this, so why can't this game have it? I myself have made a few mistakes before of accidentally selling a LOAD of materials that I was going to use to level weaver. (*And to this day I don't touch crafting classes because of this*)
Why are U/U items sell-able anyway?
