You could put a ticket into the customer support to see if they could refund you those tokens. It's from the silver feathers? Or is it tomestone gear? If it's tomestone I don't think they will do anything, if it is feather I'm sure they will be able to refund.
You can but it's one time only. IMO? Don't waste it with non-capped tomes, just farm those again.
A 1 hour refund window would be good, expire immediate when gear bound. But otherwise 1 hour window
I would LOVE to FARM tomes right NOW but NO i do not have the time and effort to REGRIND 500 POETIC i do NOT want to play caster class at ALL so MEGA pissed off also this 1 TIME LIMITED RESTORE is total BS man SE take lesson from Blizzard with their restoration system PLEASE
Again i want and WISH to main healer NOT caster PLEASE allow us to RESELL our mistake purchase :(
Didn't the game even warn you the items you buy cannot be wear by your current class? SE made things fool-proof but maybe it wasn't enough.
Yeah it would be nice if they would just buy them back if they're not bound. I made an oops the other day buying healer stuff out of habit for my bard retainer. It would be nice to just be able to resell it and get the tomes back if it hasn't been used. I ended up turning it into GC seals, but I still had the take some time and get the tomes back so I could buy the bard gear.
I'm honestly scratching my head on this entire subject of player services and limiting them in arbitrary ways. First, they have the level and MSQ skip service not unlocking basic services like the aesthetician, which if someone is paying 50 usd for should probably get out of courtesy. Then they are arbitrarily limiting refunding of items without offering an easy reclaim period on items like tomestone gear. I'm used to seeing some of this in freemium games that don't have a subscription, but this is a game people are paying 15+ usd a month for. The game is great when someone doesn't have to deal with these systems, but when you do it can turn into an exercise of frustration.
Problem solved buying 1 time booster for WHM to fix this gear problem
A one-day grace period might sound simple, but there'd be a lot of coding behind that as there is currently nothing like it in the game. It would likely be a great deal of development effort for what is, really, a pretty minor quality-of-life change. In the grand scheme of things, 500 poetics is a drop in the bucket. Poetics flows like water from roulettes and other instances. I'm afraid that if two days of roulettes sounds like a lot of work, this game has a WHOLE lot of disappointment in store for you. Most grinds are going to be FAR worse, especially once you reach endgame and start grinding raids and trials for equipment. And don't even get me started on the ludicrous grinds associated with relic weapons...
They put the "You can't equip this; are you sure you want to buy it?" warning and checkbox for exactly this purpose, to make folks think about what they're buying before they buy it. I advise you to learn from this mistake, and be more careful with purchases in the future - because there's very little chance SE is going to add (or is even THINKING of adding) the feature you're asking for!
TOMESTONES
TOME. NOT TOMB
poetic gears... they are leveling gears right? meaning you'll replace them within a week... why not just run 61-69 dungeon for loots. You know, you are guarantee to get at least 1 gear drop from those. Not to mention the EXP.
if you don't have enough Ilvl, check market board, some HQ gears are cheaper than NPC bought gears. because those are Main Story quest rewards and people just sell them off
SE won't do anything that has to do with giving back any tomestones. I originally tried contacting customer support ages ago when i70/i90 were the things to farm for, and got a pretty pre-typed post saying it was, in short, my fault and I need to pay attention.
