Recieved my physical copy for stormblood on the ps4, enter the 12 digit code on the psn store and it says it is already used even though it's fresh out the box. Any ideas? Kinda worried am not going to be able to play after early access :(

Same issue for me. Brand new ps4 copy in wrapping, try to use code and says its already been used. Contacted support by email and waiting for reply now.
Having the same problem here. I got my brand new disc copy yesterday, opened it and code said invalid. I got in touch with squareenix's support and used their chat to talk to a guy, he asked for my code etc. Today I tried the code again and it says it's been used so at first I thought the guy stole it but seeing other people randomly getting this message made me feel a bit less panicked.
Either way this is really not good enough, we paid full price for the expansion and shouldn't have to be worrying if the codes will work or not. I think early access might be causing a problem on PSN, maybe they're confusing those codes with the full game.
Please fix this soon so us good old fashioned disc users can relax and know our money wasn't wasted on an unusable code.

guys, anyone here can confirm that I am not alone in this, and it is not fixed yet?
I had a reply from support. They are aware of the issue and hope to have it resolved by the end of early access and will email me a new code when they have one.
Same here... with an another Early Access Code instead the Licence of Stormblood.
I contact them via Live Chat and I had to fill up a Webform... now I receaved 2 emails from SE telling me "We are sorry for this bla bla bla If you have received Early Access instead of the full game, don?t worry you will still be able to access Stormblood areas for now." ... for now? I can understand that you needs time to fix the problem etc but I don't want to stop play the game from tomorrow because there's this problem. Tomorrow will ends the Early Access... what can we do if you still didnt fix the problem?

I have the same problem and still no new code. I'm starting to get annoyed. Has anyone heard anything more about it yet?
At least I'm not the only one experiencing problems. Though my code initially worked just hasn't registered on Mogstation, Though when I retry it after they amended it, had this issue with already used.
Well on the bright-side I guess it's going to force me to play my alt..
EDIT: I do seem to retain my right to play. Access to all expac areas, and quests
Can anyone else confirm that they still have access to Stormblood itself, even though Stormblood license isn't.. 'registered' in light of this issue?
Im still waiting on my code and sent off the form yesterday morning. Anyone who has had this resolved, can you give me a rough idea of how long it took them to send you a new code? Theres no sort of indication on the email they sent on how long it will take.
From what I remember I filled out the support form on an evening, got a reply in the afternoon of the next working day and then had a new code sent through a few hours later. Though keep in mind I got this sorted when the issue was first emerging so it might possibly take a little longer? considering how many people are having issues now :)
