Do you still have the licenses in your service list?
Try go settings -> psn/account management -> account info -> services list -> ffxiv arr -> and see if you still have preorder.

I tried reloading the database and that didn't work so I'm about to delete and reinstall, I'm on PS4 Pro btw if that maters.

Okay! I am happy to announce that after redownloading and patching the entire game, Stormblood is now pleasantly downloading onto my PS4.
Ok redownloading now lets see if that does it.

so the only way to seemingly fix the issue is to reinstall the game? I have all versions of the game on digital guessing ill lose my macros and such?
total noob question. I have the early access already and its set up through the lodestone but how can I update the patch during maintenance?
Has anyone tried connected to a separate internet source? Most readily available one is the iPhone tethered hotspot. I remember that was the only way i could get a patch to download on a previous occasion. Some are saying that changing the DNS has helped so this would fall in line of that i'd assume. Worth a try before you go ahead and delete/re-install.

So redownloading as I type this. Are my Hot bars wiped now?
Were can we redownload the client? When i check in the psnstore all of the versions say unavailable because i already own them..
8 hours to wait for the 22 gbs... This is rediculous... I'm hoping there's a compensation for so much lost time
