Please reduce "trash mobs" hp , spamming my rotation over and over doing little damage is boring and makes you feel weak and unaccomplished. i want to feel the impact of my skills and keep me away from boredom.

Trash in dungeons already have very low HP :|
They take too many hits to die, it kills the flow of the dung and makes it boring. i dont know what is low in your scale , but for me its an issue.
Assuming you are posting as your main, you don't have all the skills for your rotation yet. Everything changes at 50 and again at 60. You probably also just came through Stone Vigil where the mobs do tend to have more hit points.
Your weapon looks level appropriate but you might want to get the one offered by your Grand Company - that will give you a 25% increase.
I would otherwise suggest you get pugilist up to 12 to cross-class Internal Release but that is all changing with Stormblood...
You probably need to gear up a bit. looking at your stats your chest piece is a full 10 levels lower than you are. Your weapon is only 3 so that's ok while levelling since you should be getting a new one soon with class quests. But pray to rngesus for a nice dungeon drop or 2.
This is all assuming your co-DPS was on point, and not just sloppy with poor gear and skill management.

Can we also reduce the amount of low hp thrash mobs?
Oh and can we reduce the amount of mechanics from bosses?
Speaking of bosses, can we just get a warp to the final boss anyways? And make sure its hp is super low as well?
I want to feel strong and accomplished. I could suggest better things to improve dgn quality but that's too much work.
I want them to increase the dmg and health trash mobs and bosses do. This game has a flaw and its our power in these dungeons. We burn through these dungeons way to quick to pull satisfaction of quick runs for easy loot.
I think dungeons trash should be more mechanic based and have less hp. Heck, make them use moves that are similar to the bosses moves. Currently they are just damage sponges to slow the progression down a bit. Thats super boring and I think it may be good practice for the boss battles. Obviously theyd need to be easier than the bosses though or some of the community would just die every pull..lol theres always that one player that cant move out of aoes or look away from a petrification skill..
Dungeon trash can get pretty boring, especially once you over gear it. I actually wouldn't mind a dungeon with no trash and just bosses, but I'm the kind of person that enjoys boss rush modes in games. So take it with a grain of salt.
Just do Palace of the Dead if you want squishy trash mobs.
If i could level up my Lv30-50 jobs through raiding, this would indeed be the best answer. Unfortunately you cant do them except at levels 50, 60, and most likely 70 in a about 1 week and 3 days. Doing coils at level 58 would probably be a nightmare for exp...if you even get any.. I dont remember if they added exp when we got Heavensward or not.
Would be really could to have more trials and raids as a decent means to level up though.. Now that am thinking about it.. It may have been cool to see 50+ guild hests.. Such a shame that they discontinued them.
Maybe remove more trash mobs and add more mini-bosses?
If anything they should buff their HP and stats so people don't mass pull anymore.
I prefer they were a bit more difficult, with some kind of mini-mechanic, not as complex as a boss of course, but something than jut auto-attack and use AoE often.
If you don't like doing your rotation.....sorry to tell you: endgame is all about doing your rotation, and you'll feel weaker due to the HP bar barely moving from your attacks alone.
trash mobs server 2 purpouses
slow down while adding to the scenary , since dungeons are usually "big" , and u have to kill minions in order to fight the big boss , it makes sense
and teach mechanics (adding boss mechanics to the trash before hand is cool ) , once u arrive at the boss u recognize the mechanics...
(FFXIV sometimes do that , but 90% of the time trash doesnt teach u anything)
boss rush is "ok" but boring too in the end , u only have rooms with a boss in it ....kill it and move on...thats not fun at all
