In other games you can right click people in your friend list to visit their house, here you have to go through the hoops of finding their housing area, finding their ward, finding their plot and slowly walking there.
I feel like people would hang out more around houses if they were more accessible. And of course, there should be a setting to prevent people from porting to your house if you wish so.
tl;dr allows us to teleport to the house of people in our friend list.

How about just highlighting their housing plots when you go to teleport to a ward? I feel like it'd be easier to implement than to give everyone a possible teleport by going to the friends list....seeing how that just makes me thing if you have many friends in game you'd see a lot of teleports at the top of your teleport list for housing.

In FFXIV, I think the solution is pretty obvious:

This is a one-way trip. For FC houses, this actually goes to the players "room" and if they are not a member of the FC (and the FC doesn't allow non-FC people to enter,) exiting the room sends them back to where they teleported from.
b) Friends that do not have a house key, can teleport to the property's "mailbox" if they are already in a housing area as long as they are online. Teleporting to anyone searchable is also possible.
c) Return tickets are generated back to the area teleported from as long as the player is still in the housing area. Once the housing area is exited, all return tickets are deleted.
What created that bizarre scenario in that other game, was hackers editing the zone the return ticket sends you via hacking tools, since the number being sent from the client was trusted by the server to be valid. That's easily resolved by having the server know where the ticket is supposed to go, and deleting them server-side from players that are outside the housing zone. -

I just want there to be a change so that if I'm in a party with someone, and I teleport to my FC house or apartment, then they're able to teleport with me. It doubly doesn't make any sense that even if they're also an FC member, they have to manually teleport to the FC house as well, while when you teleport to any other aetheryte they have access to they can piggyback off your teleport. It also just feels awkward at times to be in a party with a few friends and say "Let's go hang out at my apartment. I'll teleport there and then I'll see you all in five minutes when you go through several teleports and menus to get to it."......

Not just that but clicking through all wards and subwards your eyes got so tired from reading so many names you probably missed what you were looking for in the first place.
