Those that pre-ordered haven't received them, we've only got our early access codes. When will we get the full registration codes? The early access information article on the Lodestone is very clear about these codes being two entirely separate things.

When it releases? So june 20 lol. Its just like any other game launch, im not sure why there is so much confusion about it.
Early access is part of the pre-order bonus. Along with the minion and earrings. So its a different code because it is NOT the game. Its a bonus code, just like other pre-order bonuses you get from other retail stores that aren't the game code. -

Preordered games that have been released are still eligible for a refund, as long as the refund request is submitted within two weeks of the game’s release, and the game has been played for less than two hours. -

Kinda in the same boat, ( abit i guess ) i got mine from humble bundle etc got key to enter at the redeem site > get a new key ( which was the early access etc ) > used that on mog station > now got the "early access/stormblood(?)" marked as i own it .. so i'm confused if i need to wait for either humble to send a other or i get one from SE..
Why all this jumping around instead of just "one key > enter > done, gz enjoy early access/stormblood release.
Gonna try contact support ( SE ) to ask them xd -

Unless i suddenly cant read, we get our boxes the week early access starts the codes are included with them, and the early access codes are valid till the 23th. leaving you plenty of time to register them.
Thats how it was with heavensward too.
For digital downloads i dont know, but you'll have plenty of time, 3 days should be plenty of time if they only mail them the 20th. -

Well unless person ordered from SE there no point contacting SE about it as they not your retailer. If you ordered from Amazon, Steam, Best Buy where ever it might be from then person would have to contact that company about their codes being all angry and giving SE a hard time over phone/chat isn't going to help you as they didn't sell you the product. Now even if it bought from SE store then they still have their own support department from the actual game support. So please don't call up or chat for game support and be all angry about how you haven't gotten your SB key.
