So this topic its to discuss the new Post about achievements so they are going to Reward us with "Items/Gear" so this will mean we will have LESS space in our Inventory and in our Retainer... sigh please tell us they will put them in a different spot that will not count toward our "Limited" number of Inventory and Retainer please..
Also what will happen to those who already have "Several" of those achievements will we have to do them again or what?
Please if a Mod Read this please help

Why would gear and items go to a separate category if they're under armor/weapon and general use items?(most likely) They said History and Achievements are separate so it's likely you will have to do some of them over again, i.e kill 100 monsters, which is almost nothing if you actually level in a party lol.

Because we only have a limited amount of inventory on both ourselves and Retainer well maybe it will change once they chance to HQ System. but damn i would hate to see my Retainer flooded with Achievement Rewards

Yes, how DARE they give us MORE STUFF! D: why don't they know that all the players want no new gear added! Inventory space only!
While inventory space is indeed limited, this is just a part of plying an MMO. I do think something like a special inventory tab for vanity items would be nice, but it's not hard to manage your inventory. -

Nero, we're going to be getting multiple mannequins so we can have several gear sets for different classes/functions and swap to them quickly and easily, and they will all remove the items from our inventory. Item delivery is also going to be in 2.0 since they can't do it with our lame current servers. The devs have also been looking into a storage solution for holiday gear and stuff like that. It would be easy to "reclaim" gear from events and rewarded from achievements since the fact that you got the item is in the history or achievement log so it shouldn't be too back-breaking to implement.

The only ever mentioned thing about mannequin i read was that they use a common "Mannequin-System", where it moves the Equipped Gear out of your Inventory until you unequip it. This is true but I figured for future event gear and achievements we would either be able to store them at some point or toss them while being able to to get a new one whenever we want it. The achievements menu itself keeps tabs on all your completed flags so it would theoretically just be a simple check to see if you've completed the requirements and whether or not you have the item on your character.
I'd love to be able to separate the inventory however we like and be able to sort around our items to our liking. Baby steps :)Quote:
