Free DLC Giveaway Event (Amazon)

Hi Guys,

Has anyone got promotion code yet?
I purchased 60 days game card and applied the time card. But I still haven't received promotion code yet. :(

I got a ps4 game and haven't gotten the code yet, I am just hoping its a delay and nothing major happened, at least upside I got a new game! :)

Same I emailed amazon about the order also for a time card code, will see if its just slow or they have a problem :< I wanted to be a cloud baby!

Let us know their reply, I was just about to email them but seeing this I figured I wait a bit more, no point in swamping them with emails if it's just slow.

Dropping in to say that I haven't received any codes either.
Bought a 60-day Time Card, and have already applied the code to my account.
Guess I'll just keep checking my email every so often until it shows up.

I did a chat with customer service, they gave me a code but it didn't work on the redemption site. I'm guessing the codes are not ready to go live and while they gave me a valid code that's just not active yet (my assumption), which would also be why e-mails didn't go out. I'll try again later, but I'm guessing that when you receive the e-mail is when you can redeem the code, so hang tight!

I wonder if they intentionally delayed the codes because of what happened last year, where people would pre-order, instantly receive and redeem the codes, and then immediately cancel their pre-order. Makes sense to delay them until release for physical products, but I wonder how long the delay is for digital items like game time cards.

Well, at least I get to use my birthday Amazon card. Now to decide what to buy. Hmm.

I purchased a digital game download code for a Switch game; there wasn't a separate email for the code, but talking to support about it, they sent a code over the support chat right then and there. The code is redeemed through a separate site here: https://www.ffxivredeem.com/ ; the individual item codes are sent to the email you put in the redemption form.

Can confirm, spoke with chat. They looked up my order, confirmed the game time was a part of the promotion, and gave me my code.

just finish chating with amazon chat service, the person checked my order and gave me a code, to put in to this page then i got an e-mail that has the redeem codes from SE, hope this helps

Ditto. Didn't get any DLC codes until I talked to a rep.

I'm speaking with support right now, and they are telling me that I will received my promotional code(s) within 3 business days.
They weren't offering any codes over chat until I mentioned that others had contacted support about this same issue. They then responded with a code for me.
About to redeem it and see if the website lets me.

UPDATE: Website allowed me to redeem the code Amazon Support gave me, and I am inputting the codes into MogStation right now. :)

I am probably wrong, but I thought they were done with the whole pre-ordering, since people could get the codes then cancel their pre-order. Everyone that have on the forum only mention that they bought the game. I am not sure, but I dont think pre-order counts.

Unless you wait till you get the game that you have pre-ordered, which is the 20th of June.

honestly, I would be okay with that. I don't feel like resubbing until stormblood anyway. I just wanna know if i'd still be able to get this stuff if I ordered now, even if its delayed till june 20th

Once you got email about your order from amazon, you should either contact amazon or wait for them to email you.

Heads up all if you order digital items that count it takes 1-3 days for the email. The promo codes wait for a payment to fully clear. Just how the automated system works got an email explaining that

I am sure, now NA got their promotion, its only a matter of time now until we get ours.
At least a thank you should be said for the former EXCLUSIVE items from china/korea, to bring them to us too.

I love how they say to give it 1-3 business days to clear...as the minute I place the order, the money disappears from my account. :v
If you speak with customer service though, they can maybe help you. Especially if its for like a time card, since you can usually tell if those have been used or not.
