During PAX; Yoshi-P mentioned that so long as you have the title, you'll be able to collect the Garo mounts long after the Priest Lady has moved on.
Dev's is this true? If so thank you!

That's nice to know. I can continue to rack up wins slowly because I couldn't jump on the farm train when it hit.
I wonder why they bound the gear achievement into getting to level 60, I have nearly all the gear now but have to work on getting the jobs to level 60 before the achievements go away otherwise I won't get the opportunity to sell the gear off and get it back later from the salvager. That's a bit annoying XD.
Just to add I believe in the PAX question he added something along the lines of "I think", like it's 98% sure.. so 2% chance maybe not true lol.
All this means is you can pick up the mount from Jonthas after the event has ended as long as you unlocked the achievement before the event has ended >_> Don't see what's to get so excited about.
That's not exactly what it means. Because having one of the titles is the only requirement for getting the mount achievement, and you keep the titles even after the priest leaves, you can continue (or start) to farm for the mounts any time forever. Nice of him to confirm that though.
Didn't they say the Garo stuff is a perm thing that will last even after 4.0?
What I'm curious about is that he mentioned the garo gear will be purchasable from the mgs with mgp, albeit can't be dyed. Would this allow us to get the same ranks that we could normally get from completing a full set using wolf marks? and if so, will it be the dyed version that can be purchased from the vendor or do we just earn the title? and would that title contribute to the final achievement where you must have all titles?

However to my knowledge the mounts are tied to achievements and as long as you have one of the titles needed when winning in pvp it should in theory count towards the the mount achievement regardless of if the event has passed.
Can confirm. I had my Ginga the weekend after Garo launch. It's taken my FC mates much longer because they all focused on completing their relics first, so they were spamming A1S when I was spamming Frontlines.
One of my FC mates JUST got Ginga. Another still has three wins to go.
Made worse by the 1v1v1 system :/, can get a good team but still lose because the other team decided to do something silly. Would really like it moved to 1v1, I know it'll make it more predictable (if your team is clearly worse than their's you know you'll lose, and SE can try to push mechanics that break that up - MOBAs have to think about this stuff a lot) but I'd so much prefer that I lose because of skill and not some uncontrollable factor (for example sometimes both teams focuses on one, even if that team isn't winning, good luck doing anything then).
Also the achievements can be based off of 1/2 chance rather than 1/3 lol, which is better imo xD.
I think its true. If they remove mount for everyone, PvP will become not popular again. I know about another mounts for PvP, but those mounts require to much wins, that why most people don't bother with them.
I do only frontline via roulette once a day. When I was on 9 of 10 wins I had 6 days with defeats in row -__-
I'm working on the Shatter-specific mount (got Garo ones ages ago), and haven't had any issues with queues popping. Dislike that even duo queuing for FLs puts you in freelance (I always get Maelstrom and Primal and they're sucking or something lately idk), but I feel like people who actually care about the getting the event done can definitely get it done before it's gone. Just doing a win of Shatter or Feast 8v8 a day will square you away after 2 months, and tbh Feast is a safer and faster method than endless FL queuing. Just get the 10 you need for silver horse and do Feast for the other two.
Feels more lik 1/3 chance in Feast because it took me 1/3 of my fights to win the 60 FEAST wins required for the Raigo mount.
"Morale" of the story is that most of the time expect to die in FEAST due to low Morale geared group members or just bad team set up. It rather painless considering it takes under 1 minutes for my entire team to get slaughtered.
I think that might be partly because you kept fighting teams in a party, unmatched to any other party on your own team - I've seen it a few times, things you know wouldn't be possible if they weren't communicating outside of the communication locked content, meanwhile your own team can't type crap into the chat so it's made even worse. Not saying it's not other issues too, for your morale issue they could make it so you can't join the queue without max item level since that's nearly what always happens and people below that seriously hurt your team (unless excellent skill, which is a rare combination lol).
In my experience morale is "almost" a useless stat, but I suppose for people who want to cheaply and quickly gear into PvP it's not so bad (It's not often I don't see level cap). So you can either be level capped through other gear or use PvP gear that level caps you, I think that's a good balance SE should work for - the PvP gear being relatively easy to obtain and maybe certain types of the gear being bought outside of the wolf mark system to make introduction really friendly. It could just be luck though, not suggesting your issue isn't one just that for myself usually what appears to be the "rekt" moments is when you or other people get pre-mades together. While it can be fun as the group, imo in "casual" PvP I think it'll drive away casuals in the end. So hopefully they can get more people and add appropriate types of PvP for people.
The idea to remove chat in PvP made pre-mades stronger too, making it feel worse queuing alone :(
I'm not sure they have the people for it, perhaps if they could cross-/datacenter/ the pvp content, but if they could learn some of the MOBA attempts to alleviate issues like this it could help (but most of them will make PvP finding slower, which is.. uh.. normally a big issue to suggest if it wasn't for Garo, and still not really that many people). As well they should return chat into PvP unranked OR remove pre-made parties entirely from a specific roulette option because its a double whammy for solo queue. If not any of that, if they don't care to balance any unrated roulette, then don't add or at least add very low winning required achievements - preferably make it personal ratings or attempts and call it a day.
I've been pretty lucky so far with a near 85% win rate (from when the event started), but when I see a group of repeat players that show pre-made signs I stop playing PvP for the day because literally no point.. there is no way to balance your side to them as you'll get no teamwork with the chat system very few use. Basically play until you spot teamwork from the enemy, then stop playing is how I've been doing it lol. Almost done, only 6 rounds lost since attempting that achievement, 3 of them came in a row when I noticed abnormally advance behavior and two again later and I just stopped for that day to avoid wasting my time.
Pre-made > whatever, and made worse by SE's decision to make it harder on randoms, which /really/ didnt need to be made worse lol. Would love to see a solo queue only unrated Feast match, or that they skill match and equal number match premades together. So a party of 3 would be matched with another equal-ish skill party of 3, and two solo queues get thrown in to even it out - totaling a similar skill level, this stuff unfortunately requires a lot of people in the pool or long queue times (or the system gives up after x time and puts you into a game it assumes you'll lose lol).
Uhm...I feel the need to clarify this:
Morale, for the most part, is entirely useless because of the level sync. It does increase the item level of the items, yes, but due to the sync in PvP, the stats are synced to i150 afterwards, which makes that moot. You're going to have i150 synced stats either way, no matter how much morale you put up. There is only one use for it: The i180 PvP gear.
The reason is because while synced, both secondaries can hit the cap for the respective iLvL (I think 24 for accessories). You reach that value at i190. So when in PvP, the i180 gear gets its iLvL and stats increased, then the boosted stats get synced, capping both secondaries. Without morale, only one secondary would be capped.
Hence, PvE equip frequently trumps morale. The gearcheck in PvP is fairly simple: Above i190? Check. The right secondary stats? Check.
