Thank you to the GMS that helped me out yesterday and directed me here I have a suggestion for pvp either change top 100 to top 200 or make a rule that you need to play a certain number of ranked 4v4 solo matches a week to keep your ranking since most of the top 100 aren't playing to keep there spot in the top 100 making hard for other players to gain rank from slow qs or lack of strong players it's pretty much a monopoly they have if none of them play even the top ranked pvp player nex cross doesn't play I have been watching points and wins on the top 100 board not many have changed

Also if they fail to play the set amount of matches a week let's say 25 for an example they should be reduced back to the set start point example gold tear starts at 1000 ends at 1500 they should be dropped back to 1000 this would make the ability to stop playing to save your ranking and would make pvp more competitive and fair

Also the dmg% of Limit break for all class of dps should be equal at lvl 1 the only difference should be an add buff example monk dragoon black mage summon dmg buff bard machinest ninja skill/spell speed buff this would make pvp more fair in terms of limit break dmg there should be no difference also if a melee lb isn't avoidable then ranged should be either

Bard needs a stun ability be it pvp only or a pve add on to shadow bind every class other then bard has a form of a stun bard has none yes shadow bind stops the player from moving but they can still attack. you have classes like monk or dragoon stun locking you and if they are on the same team as a war or pld you can be stuck still tell you die kind of a little bit much so a reevaluation should be done on the stuns of each class maybe only one or none spamable except for tanks

Also recuperate and abilities like it that eliminate stun or sleep or bind should be equal among all classes since it doesn't make sense to have one class with more of them then another this will also help the stun locking issiue you could add a drop stuns for a certain amount of time to recuperate to stop double sleeps of players sort of like the melee dps ability that stops any form of stun bind or sleep for 15 sec this ability should be on all classes out of fairness and would make matches alot more balanced instead of an over buffed monk crashing you with stun lock while others attack you and then the healer sleeps you after his stuns are up or add an enrage buff when someone gets over stunned that gives a heavy dmg buff and def buff for 10secs

Another reason to change top 100 to 200 or add the no play penalty is the mount give away for the top 100 since they could just not play and keep there rank pretty much garentee them selves a mount in either case it would give other pvp players that are just as good or better then the players ranked in the top 100 a fair shot at the prize aswell

Also player drop out with a failure to return should be dealt with by dropping there points to the set start point of each tier that will reduce this from happening and help stop players from loosing matches to give the other team wins I have seen this on more then one occasion always with healers they either don't heal and run around to the opposite side of the map or straight in to die if a person is found to be doing this there account should be banned for life that's as good as Gil buying or boosting and speed hacks or harassment. With consideration to players that get dc'd or have network issues there should be consideration taken unless it is happening a bunch of times then it's pretty obvious what they are doing

Or the match could be paused with the score intact and reset players to the gate tell the person returns or a player is added if no player is added the match would end in a draw instead of dropping what coins they have on the ground

Lastly getting more people interested in pvp the new garo event was a good idea but you could also add more tomes or item drops in matches or rare gear from match wins and the like I believe this would draw more players from pve over to pvp and make it just as popular thank you for listening to my rants and raves if you call them that I just call them good ideas all the best and stay classy Eorzia

You can always just edit one post and you will be able to have a larger character limit, saves time and less multiple slots in thread.

Don't worry, the GMs tell us they will investigate throwers and wintraders all the time.... They never do.

Requiring a set minimum of weekly matches is a horrible idea, especially since at higher ranks the queues are literally dependent upon the two same healers playing. When one decides to stop for the night, Feast 4v4 comes to halt.

Regardless, some of the top players sit at well over 800+ matches at this very moment. Are you telling me if they decide to go on vacation for just a week they are reset hundreds of points? That's silly.

It's not silly there are a bunch of healers in silver and gold tier that could make there way to plat and diamond and more would start healing if there was no one to do it what it would force is people to actualy play not reach a point and stop to keep there spot that again slows q times you would have to actualy try to play to keep your spot making those that did end up in top 100 truly deserving of it rather then a group of people trading wins and people who know they are stalemating the rest of the people by not playing

Removing the top 100 prize would go bad for pvp we got the boost in players because of the mounts and it gave people a reason to have more interest in playing pvp take it away and the numbers will decline again and so will the qs

Yeah perhaps we got a boost in players for Feast, but that's in the lower rankings. When you reach gold or even high silver, we face the issue of having small pool of players in these ranks. Not to mention the win traders, which they find the mount enticing as ever. If we want to actually get a somewhat healthy base of players. We need to actually get real incentives to actually climb the ranks, not just be top 100 for the real prize, or get this silly little bracelet you probably won't use for glamour.

Removing the top 100 was a salt suggestion by me. But honestly, you can move that reward to a certain rank like how League of Legends does it. That way players in the lower ranks can get a chance at this new reward. If you still want to make the mount or whatever the future top 100 reward maintain being in the top 100, then just create a better incentive than a bracelet, because most players that try Feast end up quitting because it isn't worth it the time.
