Pet Emotes, the Fairy Companion, and You

Please consider allowing a Scholar's Fairy Companion to respond to the /beckon emote, giving her the ability to sit on her Scholar's shoulder like the promotional image from 2.0. :)

Please also consider giving her the ability to respond to other emotes, such as /wave, /pet, /comfort, /joy, /happy, /cheer, etc.

Yeeessss, we need this so much! Also the dote emote.

This would be awesome! SMN gets egi glamours, give SCH fairy emotes!

I would love our Faeries to actually respond to us! <3 So YES, I would love Faeries to interact with us.

I've always wondered why this wasn't already a thing.

I wonder if it would be easier to allow idle animations for pets, like Eos standing on your shoulder, or Carbuncle sitting down (animation already exists). I'm not familiar with MCH turrets, maybe emitting steam/exhaust? Moving too much unintentionally keeps me thinking that they're malfunctioning.

Within the world of FFXIV, it's only spelled one way.

Scholars deserves more love, yes please.

O maybe when 2 different fairies meet they can interact with each other, maybe look like they're talking to each other

I can see why it might not happen. Clickers in pvp might complain that they have a hard time initiating battle, they might click on the Faerie instead of the sch.

Being honest never even unlocked SCH (yet level 60 SMN lol) but it does strike me as odd how they stay mute like us. Would be interesting, even for flavor text and even if the summoner could see it (and turn it off if they wanted) to have our Summons speak to us or even make idle chat. On the topic of Egi Glamour tho, would a Bravely Default skin like Airy work for SCHs?
