Has anyone else's Encyclopaedia Eorzea not shipped yet?

I bought mine on October 25th and I still haven't gotten it yet. I'm just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat?

You're sure it hasnt been shipped yet? I had the problem with an artbook once... turned out it had been delivered to my neighbours but the mailman didnt informed me about it -.-
I contacted support and they were able to retrace the delivery, telling me where I could pick it up - I would advice you to contact the shop support aswell and see if they can help you!

The orders that were taken after the initial copies sold out are considered the second printing and none of those have shipped yet. Should be soon though according to that statement.

I contacted support earlier today and in minutes I got a reply back. I think it's a copypasta reply since many people probably emailed support with the same question:

Mine just got shipped this morn and I ordered on like Nov. 6th . 3.

Edit: I actually ordered Nov. 8th.

Just got the email and tracking number this morning. "Unable to track at this time", aka its waiting to be picked up by UPS. All I got to say is friggin huzzah!

For reference, I ordered mine on Oct 25th

The second printing of the lorebook seems to have started shipping out today. Friend of mine said that his (think it was ordered early November?) shipped today. So hopefully yours will be marked as shipped soon!

I think it's worth noting that, at least in my case, when the SE site says my item has been shipped, and when it was actually shipped, aren't the same time date. Like my lorebook that I ordered on release day said it shipped 2 days after I ordered it according to the Order Details on the SE store's site, but I didn't get the tracking until 2-3 days AFTER THAT, and THAT was the day it actually shipped. A little frustrating really, but it only took 2-3 days to get to me (since I paid extra for the priority shipping, I was expecting it faster but I guess since it was such a high-demand item...).

How much time was their between when you got the email and when you check the tracking number?

I ordered the Monday after fanfest and still haven't received shipping confirmation.

How does SE handle their orders? Seems to me the people who ordered 2 weeks after fan fest are the ones getting the order confirmations first for whatever reason

Ordered October 25th; Have yet to receive tracking email yet the delivery has been listed as shipped since the day I ordered it. This is ridiculous.

Same issue, ordered and charged on the 25th and it was labeled as shipped the same day. I'm well aware of the second print date being the end of November but expected a tracking number by now. It's odd that some have received theirs despite ordering at a later date. I enjoy SE games but their communication, services (SE Account Management - specifically third party payment companies in the past, Cleeng a more recent example of poor choice on third party service) and in general customer service has always been subpar.

I'm really surprised you guys haven't gotten yours. I ordered Nov. 6th and I'm getting mine in the mail tomorrow. I don't know why or how my order was even processed before such a multitude of others but I am surprised to say the least.

Ordered mine on Oct 25th too and haven't gotten it. Yet ppl who ordered it 2 weeks later are.

Thanks for the lousy service SE. Might I suggest you take a page from the version 1 playbook and do some massive layoffs to fill positions with more competent people as this is nothing new.

I ordered mine on Oct. 31st, got a tracking number a couple weeks ago, and it just arrived today. It was actually a day early, so I was pleasantly surprised. I hope everything works out for those of you who are waiting!

Yeah, I don't really get it either. I ordered mine on Oct 25th, got an e-mail on the 28th that it had shipped, and it arrived only a few days later. Not sure what I did differently than everyone else who ordered on the 25th. XD

The exact same thing happened for mine. I ordered the 25th and it's listed as shipped. When I contacted the online support they told me that my order is still in preparation despite being marked as shipped. I have yet to received a tracking number for it.

Ordered mine on the 26th, has sat in the status of shipping since the day I ordered it. I know they pushed the shipping to the first week of Dec but here we are, in the first week of Dec and I have yet to get an email with a tracking number. This is why I hate ordering from SE store ._.

I'm one of the October 25 people, and I just got my tracking email within the past hour! Hopefully this means they've gotten to the October 25th and earlier people. :D

As I posted in the other topic, I'm one of the Oct 17th people who STILL hasn't gotten a shipped notice/tracking number.

I'm happy people are getting them all in all as it looks to be a fantastic book. It's just unfortunate SE normally avoids addressing issues such as this, both in terms of communication and ensuring they resolve them to prevent them from becoming a common reoccurrance. Should they release another volume in the future as lore expands there may be fewer recurring customers, myself included, interested in purchasing if it means having to endure this again.

I emailed SE and got the same generic reply as everyone else...

My friend ordered last week and got the tracking number while im here twiddling my thumbs trying to comprehend how when i order mine through waiting list back in october....

TECHNICOLOR HES SE LLC, not sure if that's for the book.

Sounds right and it should be coming out of TN if they used the same for the 1st print.
