Well sadly, it will be dificult to have the squadron I want, since getting new recruits is pure rng and their stats too.
I got a male keeper THM, and while I would prefer the lalafel THM I got next, he was weaker than the miqote.. :/ -

as I just got my 1st member (to make a 4-man team) my goal is 1st to make at lest a full-party (2tanks, 2 healers & 4 DPS) race, class & gender doesn't mater as long as they get the job done which I belive the same can be said for even a Player 8-man team, lest my "Newbee" solved me looking for Tank #2 (got a Fem Roe GLD)
