Well sadly, it will be dificult to have the squadron I want, since getting new recruits is pure rng and their stats too.

I got a male keeper THM, and while I would prefer the lalafel THM I got next, he was weaker than the miqote.. :/

It seem same class have the same stats. If the Lalafel THM was weaker than the Miqo'te THM, then because he was some level lower. Send him to training.

Pretty sure this is not the case. Every class has the same exact amount of stats at the same level.

as I just got my 1st member (to make a 4-man team) my goal is 1st to make at lest a full-party (2tanks, 2 healers & 4 DPS) race, class & gender doesn't mater as long as they get the job done which I belive the same can be said for even a Player 8-man team, lest my "Newbee" solved me looking for Tank #2 (got a Fem Roe GLD)
