Holy back to the potentcy it had in 2.0.
Add a 35% chance to Wide Volley that the next Quick Nock will not cost any TP. Basically, bring back the Quicker Nock proc, but add the chance to get it on using Wide Volley.
Have the focus of summoner be on the summons.
If BRD was still my main I would share the same hate for WM. Since I ditched it and play DRG now I would change the delay you receive when jumping. It would be cool to maneuver in the air.

Yeah, it would be nice if BLM had access to all the elements for their spells ... it's kinda ironic that NIN does.
Otherwise, it would be nice if the ice spells were abit more useful than just away to refill MP.At the very least make it so that Thunder spell look like actuall lightning (like Raiton/ ADS low-voltage) rather than a purple ball
Armor Crush removed -> Huton Refresh now on Aeolian Edge.
Alternately, simply give Armor Crush a fancy swirly swingy animation that fits with the rest of my rotational abilities. I'm constantly jumping, twirling, somersaulting and whatnot. It just sticks out.
Dark Dance should be 100% parry.
Fix the coordination of my Kamehameha blast. The ground isn't your enemy, silly Monk~.
More AoE arrgo its PLD's biggest week point aside from being well week in the DMG numbers
Make Fracture worth using.
A very minor DPS increase IF it ticks full to completion while using a decent bit more TP then usual just isn't a very useful ability.
If it generated a stack, that'd be neat. It for sure would be worth using, but spamming it would be terrible not only for your TP but also your DPS. Just doing that would make the ability way better, but wouldn't be a huge increase to WAR overall DPS.
Get rid of WM and/or GB. We seriously do not need all ranged dps to be a caster of some sorts.
Either that, or MCH to actually be as they initially previewed with multiple attachments and ammo.

The Minuet thing for sure. Also, as someone who HATES having empty equipment slots (It just feels like such a waste) it'd be nice to have something in the offhand slot.
I agree, it should be more about the summon than DoTs
DRK change - Add a different debuff to Delirium when used in Dark Arts... IDK, maybe make it like Storm's Path? Just a small thought...

I would change BLMs main nuke spell to be the old 1.0s Thunder-Thundara-Thundaga than having Fire be the main nuke spell.
I would make Freeze like the old 1.0 spell, where it did nice damage, and was our Threat Reducing spell.
I would bring back Burst, and make it the targeted spell, and Flare to be a fire aoe around the BLM himself.
I would drop Surecast, and replace it with the 1.0 ability to greatly increase the range you could cast spells.

I really miss quite a lot of these old spells and abilities as BLM I feel has lots of pretty worthless spells. Lethargy, Freeze, Blizzard 2, Scathe, Surecast
And again, whyyyyy change names from Fire Fira Firaga, Thunder Thundara and Thundaga to the boring Fire1234, Thunder 1234? I would love to understand why this change was made.

I would play it if I could run around just like smn's. Also I wanna strangle every blm at any level, that can't be bothered to move when I am on my healer. Screw your lines, I don't have time to babysit you.
Ooh...maybe "Ultima" for BLM that is similar to Tornado Kick for MNK. With a sexy animation.
Like 600(or w/e number would use high enough to be useful but low enough to not be worth spamming) potency target aoe, costs 11000(all) mp but leaves you with 0 mp & no AF or UI stacks, so it could only be a dps increase during your opener(convert?), in between mobs & at the end of a boss or something.
Wait that's too reasonable....I want Fire V 1000 potency AOE the size of Meteor to replace weak ol Fire IV

As a whm I guess the only thing I would change is make the MP you get from assize just double.
I guess since I play them all, I may as well offer something for all of them....
PLD: AoE nuke or some sort of damaging AoE skill.
WAR: Something to make it less appealing compared to other tanks.
DRK: Dark Arts effect for Dark Dance changed to 100% parry.
DRG: Increase Jump damage to make it feel more important as the iconic DRG skill.
MNK: Either Chakra off global cooldown or a 3-minute cooldown to grant an instant 3-stack of Greased Lightning.
NIN: Extend duration for Shadewalker to 30 seconds to make it feel more useful.
BRD: Wanderer's Minuet removed.
MCH: Eliminate RNG from the core rotation, even if it means lowering damage potencies.
SMN: Either increase pet responsiveness or have input pet commands interrupt main casting.
BLM: Have Ley Lines move with the caster.
WHM: Switch the cooldown on Cleric Stance so it only triggers upon removing it.
SCH: Summon III for a damage pet.
AST: Collective Unconscious to be channeled while moving.
DRG, give us that cool dragon pet and a move that silences enemies.
WAR, let me able to be a full on dps and que into content as a dps war.
MCH, get rid of the cast times, I'm not a magic caster and if I wanted cast times I would play blm.
PLD - Magic Block, Flash(lvl8) blind debuff, Enhanced Flash(20) major enmity boost + low-pot DoT
DRG - boost damage/potency to all Jumps

It's pretty clear this will never happen - hell the whole way the DRG's wyvern in FFXI even worked was because of the subjob system determining the wyvern's AI (and this what abilities it would use). We don't have anything like that here in FFXIV so the concept simply is not possible even if SE were interested in it (which they are not). Really, just get the wind up dragonet minion and summon that, as it's the closest you'll get to FFXI DRG with it's wyvern pet.
Also for those suggesting Ultima be added as a BLM spell, that is impossible too, because.. you know... Ultima was kinda a story element that is now completely lost (which was also so powerful no normal mortal would be able to cast it). It's the same reason why in FFVII you never had Holy and Meteor either (and before you pass judgement, and because FFXI seems to be always brandied about as what SE should be copying FFXIV from, Ultima was never a player spell in FFXI either, for BLM or any other Job for that matter). Other class/Job changes are at least believable and possible, but Ultima and a wyvern pet for DRG will never happen I am sorry to say.
NIN: Hyoton also inflicts 40% slow for 15 seconds.
To make it more useful in PvE.
Gravity being available at 50 (Synastry, too, just because I want both 8D) because not being able to do aoe in 50 dungeons is painful. And Aspected Helios to have a larger range...

For BLM I'd make the Firestarter (free Fire III instant cast) stack twice. I hate it proccing while I have the next Fire going only to have it proc again, essentially wasting the first proc.
MCH has it so that when their 1-2-3 "combo" procs when GB is active, the proc actually happens in the last 0.5 seconds of the cast when the skill is locked in, working on a BLM now, I can't help but wonder why they didn't go back and make the change to their firestarter proc to work the same way.
A little less cooldown on Aetherflow would be nice.
Warrior: Rework Mercy Stroke to be more like the dark knight's Sole Survivor ability. ".... If that target should be KO'd within 2 seconds,.... " A fun ability, but difficult to get the heal from, especially when other players are fighting the same thing.
