Why is this achievement is the only one which locked the win on other GC while the Seal Rock's Field Commander Set is literally "Guide any of GC to win" so all win from all GC merge into one (Don't know about Fields of Glory but I bet it's like Seal Rock's)?

Its not the only one field commander set is gc locked too (atleast when I did it) only the field of glory mount is not gc locked

The original ADS mount was the first PvP mount to do this. You have to remember that the mount achievement came out in patch ... 2.5...ish? A damn long time ago, in any case. Like everything else 'PvP' back then, SE didn't really care about it or put any thought into it when they implemented it. At the time, the FFxiv corners of the internet literally exploded with people who were RAGING about the way it was being handled. That tremendous amount of backlash was probably the reason they never did this again.
The real question, is why did they never patch the first ADS mount to mirror the way the new one is handled? I seem to recall SE providing a very, VERY, weak excuse for why this was never done back when Slaughter was released, but I don't recall what their exact reason was. It was flimsy, though. -

Even worse is the Field commander set is locked strictly to seal rock, not field of glory, Field doesn't even count for the set...whoever didn't consider this should reconsider it....greatly. I sent in a ticket about it..and possible suggestions..and they told me to make a thread, which I have, already a few times..so can you guys please do something about this. As in, I think that the moment a patch goes live the achievements added in said patch become finalized and static. I think the same also applies to other areas such as the Relic (can't program the game to require less books, NQ items, less materia, etc) an Quest (related to the above with Zodiac needing HQ items) maybe also trade in for items sincdieing how the HQ item for the first 2 Master tome sets and the Anima items still need HQ items (time will tell on that).Quote:

My problem is that, I change from Maelstrom to Immortal Flame because lately Maelstrom on my data center always on 2nd and 3rd. I wanted continue because my win already 147, but I gained them from Secure to Seal Rock while when I change to Immortal Flame I can get 119 win on patch 3.1 - 3.3 right before Fields of Glory. If only those can merged, I already have my own ADS mount :(

your problem for your queue is maybe you don't queue only in english.
certainly... on chaos in the worst case in flamme gc it can take 20 minute to 1 hour to queue if i set english only.
if i choose all language i can get in queue and not get any game in 4 hours.
some pvp games by day and will get the new ads mount, just try this to see if your queue is not better. -

For one, I'm pretty sure that they've coded changes to Achievements in the past. and, quite frankly, it wouldn't surprise me in the least. They have access to the entire game's code. Technically, there really shouldn't be anything that they can't do. On the other hand, they did allow the ROG quests to count for the achievement for clearing the level 30 class quests, on the other hand that seems like a relatively simple fix and nether the achievement for getting all 2.0 Jobs 50 or the one for getting all the Relics were changed to require a level 50 NIN or YoshimistsuQuote:
