MLK must be turning over in his grave. He dreamed of a world where chocobos were judged by the content of their character, not the color of their feathers.

The same way English players are on Japanese servers I would assume. Your not restricted to playing on just your regions server. Though could be a person who speaks it but lives in or closer to EU servers and has friends who helped? Could be anything really.

Yes I think this guy managed to get the chocobo via a code activated on a Japanese account and maybe transfert then his character on the EU server bringing with him the mount ^^

I see someone who using NA account playing at Tonberry but he can't redeem the code because it's only for JP account not JP character.
