Will the next Beast Tribe be... MOOGLES?

Moogles are technically beasts.

Also, we need another crafting/gathering beast tribe, like the Ixali.

I think they next Beast Tribe quests are going to be Goblins and be crafting.

If it moogles, i'll scream and pull my hair out, we all know it'll be " look for the lost moogles KUPO". I still have nightmares of trying to seek them.

Didn't they tease the mount from the moogle tribe quests during the live letter? Or was that just a joke mount?

I was really hoping it was neither Moogles nor Goblins.

Both already have a lot of lore/limelight. Moogles have a whole zone of quests and relevant main-story quests/significance dedicated to them (and many players obviously disliked the nature of their quests), as do Goblins with Idyllshire and the Hinterlands and by extension, Alexander.

Then again, it's fairly clear that there's really not much beastmen left to choose from to make a "tribe" for daily quests. I know they (the developers) will be all too happy to stick a couple more moogle or goblin NPCs in the Churning Mists and Hinterlands, respectively, with daily quest markers and shops to cut back on development resources.

Seeing that picture of the dandelion mount though seems to pretty much confirm Moogles next, all things considered.

There was a question about this in another post, about which beast tribes would be next. I forget what other people said but I commented that the "new" beast trives, in order while we played heavensward were the Vanu Vanu, Gnath, Dragons, Moogles, and Goblins. The Goblins will most likely come last, where as, either dragons or moogle scould come next. But what would we use as a Dragon mount?

Moogles are a fan favourite and have shown up in many of the single player games. It makes sense to give them additional focus. I suspect 3.4 will give us Goblins to tie in with the final part of Alexander and may even lead into Idyllshire being fully repaired.

I will personally set every single moogle on fire and laugh as it roasts. Then I will feed its charred carcass to my chocobo. The moogle quests were already irritating, and really hope they don't decide to make them a daily interaction. Besides, doesn't the lore state that they are supposed to be shy and rare?

I cant wait for a new beast tribe!! I've never done any of the beast tribes until the new relic weapon came out and I found that I had to go back and do them to make my life easier getting the Unid items! and I ended up LOVING the quests and stories. And the minions and mounts!

I absolutley think Moogles will be the next tribe quests since the new mount pic came out.

I would love to work with these nodes ,there was something so precious about them during the Azys La quests.

All the beast tribes stories are based upon a duality between "good ones" and "bad ones".
We already have mobs we fought in each beast race so it was easy to create a story on this.
But for moogles we don't fight them in open areas, excepted the one from the trial, we don't meet bad moogles.
So I'm interested to see how they'll change the story mode if moogles are the next :)

Would be interesting to see a moogle beast tribe, hard for me to imagine good vs evil moogles. I can see goblins being one that would introduce crafting dailys.

I can imagine the story to be about rebuilding the ruins of the Churning Mists. Didn't the moogles promise this in one of the side quests? The "bad ones" would be Nidhogg's Dragons trying to destroy the buildings or kill the moogles.

The goblins would fit quite well, too. But I think the story about Alexander already covers them well enough.

The Ixali quests had conflict with their bad counterparts, but you spent most of your time crafting rather than fighting, so it could work. For Moogles, you will probably do what they wanted you to do in their side quests in the past, only a daily now.

I'm positive it will be goblins next.

i do hope we will get the dragon around 3.4 after the dragonsong is over, for show how the dragon and human will live together one more time. gobelin will probably the equivalent of the ixali in terms of tribes quest.

I'm hoping for Dragons eventually too. The way Anyx Trine is so close to Vath, without an opposing stronghold of "evil Dragons" (even though they exist in the form of Nidhogg's brood) nearby I don't see how it would work.

Sadly looking like it the more I see that pic. Though maybe it will have more relevance next patch as maybe they end up being a bridge to communing with the dragons(I cant remember the lore of them being in the churning mists, maybe they hide from dragons I'm not entirely sure) I would think, though that maybe they would be a gathering beast tribe whereas goblins may be a crafting beast tribe....or they could just do that hide and seek crap ugh

it can be added in any area they decide for it, it can be in occidentale coerthas by example as a way to promote cohabitation between human and dragon... i feel it will serve soo well the dragonsong war epilogue.

Maybe the theme is around bringing the mist and shrout moogles more together.
