Help in what?
It will not drop is there a time restriction or class restriction? I've never seen it in the 68 times now
It's a low drop rate. Basically all dungeon minions are
Game doesn't care how many times yiu ran it. Each time drop rate is calculated independently. You are just biased that the more effort you put — the more chances you have which is false.
I've seen it twice, won it, sold it both times, because I could care less about minions.
Check the MB.
i have it... only saw it once though but I'm just running expert and not grinding for it.
I've been spamming the heck out of the Antitower since it came out and I'm still missing one of the minions. I must have run it at least 200 times by now and I haven't seen the healing robe drop either. x.x
Keep trying and don't get too frustrated! You'll get it eventually. You just have to sacrifice a few lalas to RNGesus....
Unless if you enjoy the dungeon enough to keep running it, I suggest you start working on/learning of ways to make gil. Or you can wait for the price to drop. Or both.
If you spent as much time farming for Gil as you have running that dungeon you could have bought that minion like 5 times by now.
The one time I skipped out of an Expert with a few friends they got Amdapor AND the minion dropped. I was disappointed in myself. I got the two dolls relatively quickly at the very least. So I share your pain! The only thing to do is keep running it and crossing your fingers at the last boss.
Never seen either dungeon's minions drop.
Up to 102 runs and no sight
I've seen anti tower drops tho
I got it on first run guess I was lucky
35 runs in 3 hours. Amazing.
I saw it once but I only use daily Roulette since I unlocked the new Ex. Rolled a 4 and said "4. and I'll probably never see that drop again" and I haven't.
I saw it drop once. I only noticed it had dropped after I left without rolling on it. I was annoyed with myself.
Not that I would've won it anyways with my awful roll luck, but still.
Say it's a 1% droprate. That means on a given run, you have a 99% chance of not getting it. Over 68 runs, that translates to 99%^68 = 50.48% chance of not getting it, or a 49.52% chance of getting it in at least one of your runs. The more you run it, the greater your chances of getting it are, but it is still an extremely poor chance.
Abysmally low droprates are the main downside of pure RNG.
You'd be better off just buying it outright if you really, really want it. The price will go down in time - at least for a while - but even if you run the dungeon over and over there's no guarantee that it'll drop. Even if it does you need to roll against three other players which can just lead to frustration and burnout.
Consider what things sell for, just farm money for it? If you've already spent like so many hours you said trying to get it to drop, whats just a handful more where you are assured to get it just by farming for money?
If you don't have any kind of crafting or gathering leveled, it's still easy enough. Just unlock a gatherer for the first time and go gather crystals/shards and sell them. In a few hours you'll have your pet. I know just "one more run" of that dungeon and it could drop but thinking like that is why people go broke in vegas... :p I mean, if I read correctly you haven't seen it drop after all those runs, correct? You know you still have to win the roll if it did drop! :p
seen Morpho drop 3 time I got it ones seen the red dress doll 4 time got it but I have yet too see the blue dress one at all
I haven't seen any of the 3.2 dungeon minions drop yet
I did get fenrir pup on my 5th feast match though :^)
MMO developers really need to drop the entire concept of exclusivity through RNG, especially if the items are sellable.
There's nothing wrong with embracing such a model. There's a lot of minions that you can get easily and for a very cheap price. Having some be fairly exclusive isn't a bad thing - and it allows lucky players to sell them for a decent profit whilst giving others something to spend gil on.
I've seen Morpho drop twice, though I think I've been exceptionally lucky. I've also had Brina drop, though no Calca so far. There's not much you can do besides keep trying, or just buy it on the market board.
Why did you sell it if you did care about it? Sorry but it's a pet peeve of mine to see people use that phrase incorrectly. It's "I couldn't care less", as in you care so little you could not care any less than that. What you said means you could care less than you currently do, which obviously means you do care somewhat.
That's what keeps people playing though. If RNG were dropped and everyone just got everything right away, like if you clear a dungeon you get a guaranteed gear piece and the minion and the music and the card, people would go in 10 times to get the entire gearset (at most) and then come to the forums to complain about all the excess/copies of minions and cards clogging up their inventory space.
