I like the boss music, but I've heard it so many times, I'd honestly rather just listen to the dungeons background music.

Realistically, they probably won't give us an option. They don't even let us separate that stupid crowd chatter from the rest of the ambient tracks. -

Option to disable battle music would be terrific, I find myself constantly having to lower the BGM up and down, and frankly the battle music is not chill at all, I get its supposed to be upbeat but hey the only thing that will play in my living room is chill music sorry.

We have BGM thrust at us continually, I hear it in my sleep, whereas instance music is heard far more sparsely. It's been an age since I heard King Moggle Mog music (for example).Quote:

I love video game music. I have a LOT of FFXIV's music on my phone. However, my least favorite boss theme is the newer one that plays at the end of the dungeons now. They never gave me a sense of accomplishment.
Remember when you first did Copperbell Mines, and you got to the boss? When he bust a hole in the wall to allow his buddies passage to go destroy other wall? Then, they come back to the group and gang up on the healer while the rest of the group try to burn the boss? THAT was satisfying. I'm not a fan of the current theme.
