Having similar issues on Gilgamesh (same data center.)
Disconnected from the server during gameplay 3+ times in the last 45 minutes.
Disconneced while trying to connect to lobby server.
System error issues while loading the sign-in menu.
Serious lag while connected. (People stop and go constantly.)
Just overall bad connection on gilgamesh for me.
Seeing the same. Also on Balmung. Near-constant DCs this morning with that same error. Unplayable right now. I can launch the game, connect to data server, and sometimes I can even log in. But when I log in, I have so much lag I can't do anything, and then I'm booted out. The rest of the time, I connect to the data server, try to log in, and keep getting the 10105. Incredibly frustrating.
Same problem on Behemoth
And the same for me. Mateus server. I'm on Vent with no issues. My friend on Vent with me is having no problems.
I did a tracert to the Data Center server and timed out on the last jump in Montreal.
Same for me on Gilgamesh. I was disconnected around 9AM and have been trying for 60 minutes getting on any of my character on Gilgamesh. But keep getting kicked out at different points. I can hop on my characters in other data centers with no issues so seems like Gilgamesh's data center is having issues. Please SquareEnix fix this I have limited game time today
SAME issue on Balmung, LOTS of lag, I'm not seeing the issue with anyone else around me. Good to know it's not just me though. Upon doing a trace and a ping terst. I lose TONS of packets right after the montreal hops as well.

No problems with any other games or general connectivity....
same thing on excalibur, it start happening to me last night and i use Ethernet cable.
Same thing on Ultros. Assuming I actually log in, its crazy laggy and I pretty much get booted out with a 90002 error whenever I attempt to teleport.
Edit: Now I'm getting a straight up lobby connection error whenever I try to access the Primal Data Center.
Same thing on Hyperion.
What are the penalties from being kicked from Duty? Lagged so hard the started constantly timing out. No one else in pt was having lag issues but me.
Not sure this is going to be a FFXIV server issue. Problem seems to be with Level3 who is piping the connections to Montreal from somewhere in Kansas US. Their own website is having problems and pinging their router is gives problems. Tried using a VPN to change the route and game ran fine after bypassing the Montreal router. Guess we just gotta wait for them to fix their problem at Level3.net
Most likely if you tracert the FFXIV server, you will find this server (199.91.189.39):

If you ping it you will get problems with ping requests
Logged in again about 10 minutes ago and things seem fine. We'll see if it sticks.
Problem seems to be solved with Level3 now and game is working fine.
That report actually shows issues happening around Telia, before you even leave the EU.

Looks like you have quite a routing issue there. Appears to be the exchange point into Level3. Who knows if it is something solely for Telia to address or Level3--more likely something between them needs to be negotiated. Either way, it looks like congestion reached the point that you registered 99% loss at that hop...receiving only 11 out of 1003 packets sent. Utilization apparently has reached a point where that hop is delaying/dropping packets trying to keep up with the demand. This potentially affects everything that follows along the routes that are using that hop. If the routing elsewhere does not use that hop, than that is likely why you don't experience issues.
Your ISP's Tier3 support should be able to conduct a proper investigation and escalate the issue for correction--be that getting Telia to get the ball rolling, or somehow arranging to get you routed away from that troubled hop. Your ISP's routing policies are ultimately what have put you there.
Same problem today on Jenova. It's been 5 minutes and I still cannot log in. :(
Same thing with my character... Just happened. What's funny is that i can actually log in with my alternate character on the same server???? (Blalmung)... So frustrating :(

Same issues in Jenova just now. It is impossible for me to log in atm. I don't know what is going on, but it is annoying..
