I thought this was gonna be about how the Kingly Whiskers will be alot easier to get now(3.1) when the EX mats will be in the chests, so you can farm it unsynced.

If they are changing one handed weapons into two handed weapons, the blm weapon for Ifrit and the whm weapon for Garuda and Levi EX need to become two handed as well.

Might have been better to do this *and* add some (any?) decent shield options for casters past ilvl 100. I mean it's great that they want to make the weapon usable as a 2H, but there are still players who enjoy using a shield as WHM or BLM, so why not throw them a bone or two and give some shields for them to use as well?

Indeed, in fact they've already done many one-handed weapons as two-handed for DRK, check out all those PLD swords, The vast majority of the swords for DRK are just enlarged versions of a PLD sword that is already in the game.

I'd like to see the GC Lieutenant weapons get the two-hander treatment too; it's really a shame that neat WHM crystal scepter from the Flames is near useless. :T

B/c they said they're only doing 2H weapons from now on for blm/whm. I think that was in like the last live letter or something.

You'll need to post a link, because I don't remember them saying that. If they do that, it's really crappy since 1h plus shield is prefectly viable while levelling, and there are someplayers who like the play style.

If I may say, to Yoshi and team, it's a really crappy policy to adopt, and I honestly see no purpose to tossing 1h caster weapons and shields aside. It doesn't serve players, and saves the marginal amount of math needed to balance them against 2h weapons. Kind of a pathetic cop-out if you ask me.

Sorry, misunderstood, since it's origional version in XIII is also a 1h weapon. I however wouldn't mind it being a 2h version along with Vanille's weapon, especially since it is a 2h weapon for her in XIII.

I hope they will make it at least a bit longer, cause the 2h animation on a 1h weapon will look very bad..

It made them kinda neat and different.

I'd like a Mjolnir 1-hander glamour for WHM. Or better yet, as an actual uber-weapon. >:3

I'd say all the one-handed Unique weapons need two-handed versions of them.
Though to be honest, I'd hoped that their plan to allow multi-slot glamours would also involve allowing one-handed weapons glamoured over two-handed weapons.

I just want that DRK moogle sword. I drool like homer dreaming of donuts just thinking about it.
