Support "Take my gil!" Emote for Cash Shop

SE if you're going to add emotes into the Cash Shop then it must be a Emote that is only worth money and that Emote should be...

"Take my Gil!" Emote (aka /takemygil! )

because if SE is going to our extra money beyond Subscription fees might as well give us a emote showing they are taking our extra money.

(PS I'm being serious about wanting a /takemygil emote as a Cash Shop exclusive Emote)

They arent demanding money from you, but offer items that people missed out on instead of repeating the same old events ingame. 1.2euro vs same old event for an emote. Ka-ching thanks for the emote/minions and for the new events.

And yet you couldn't just post this in the other thread. You felt the need to go Special Snowflake and create a whole brand new thread to complain about the same thing.

Well, to be honest, I wouldn't mind a /throwgil one. For all the dancer and model and other performer PCs I meet in-game. :D

Other than the wedding (of which there's a free option), the only thing in the game that you can't get for free is Sliphnir.

Here's an idea, and you can apply this to a TONNNN of things from cash shop items all the way up to same sex marriage, or as they're called here, Eternal Bonds:

Might as well make a thread focus on this instead of posting it in every Cash Shop emote thread that will be popping up constantly from now. Also this isn't a complaining thread, I literally would like a "Take my Gil" Emote in cash shop if they're going to add emotes into cash shop.

Well I did expect your kind of reaction before making this thread. At first I didn't want to make this thread since I've already posted this anyways on other Cash shop emote complaining threads but I just decided to post it anyways since keeping it as a single thread is better than randomly mentioning the /takemygil emote in the flood of "Emote in Cash Shop" complaining thread that will popping up in General discussion soon.

Misunderstanding about this thread was expect since during this time people are complaining about what is currently happening with cash shop. However, considering the General Discussion section in ENG fourms no matter when I posted this type misunderstanding you made would have happened.

Guess I should have posted the part about this not being a complaining thread but a serious thread about adding a actual "Take my gil" Emote into the Cash Shop.

Yup. I also support the /bendover emote on the cash shop. The character would bend over, look back, then falls forward after as if some invisible force hit them from behind.

They could symbolically sell it for $20 in support of the developers, or as an 'achievement' after buying more than 5 items in the cash shop.

I want a chunky moogle companion dressed in a suit that'll spank my character whenever I /beckon.

Now I'm wondering, lore wise, what does gil look like? Is it the little generic coin on the UI? "Shut up and take my money" is usually depicted with a handful of paper money, so they'd need to change it to a money bag or something.

Gil seems to be just that coin we see in our UI.

It would probably be a small bag of gil being shown in the /takemygil emote since in cutscenes we see gils being carried by bags and exchanged in bags as well when it comes to large quantities.

I just realise that a Chocobo Suit Moogle plush doll may be a hit in the SE store.

of course they may have to include a code for a Chocobo Suit Moolge wind-up code as well for players that play FF14.

I'll only support this if it implemented as "/giltoss" and the visuals of it are the character tossing a handful of Gil sort of like the throw emote but with a shower of coins.

P.S. it would be hilarious if it actual cost a small amount of Gil when you use it.

Seriously though I do want a /giltoss emote although I think it should be a Gold Saucer prize.

Gil theme Emote may end up as a Cash Shop exclusive.

Pay reall Cash for emotes that has the character use gil in some way like Job Special Gil Emotes with Scholar giving a Fairy a gil coin, Machinist shooting a gil coin in mid air, and a Dragoon/lancer balancing a Gil coin on the tip of his or her spear like a plate.

You could also argue that the in-game content you get from buying the soundtracks and artbook aren't free either.

Or the moogle suit from the fanfest.

One could even make an argument for the CE stuff.

I wouldn't mind it being in Gold Saucer as well considering SE is going to need new stuff for the place to bring people back.

Guess it can go either way.

I have no problem with them selling emotes in the cash shop. None at all. I rather they do this than sell quests with gil rewards, levels and high end raiding gear like other MMOs. I will continue to support this game until they cross the line into p2w.

the emote should like throwing snowball but with coin / coin purse. So "kaching kaching" everywhere :)

I want to have "please refund" emote... ^^;

Instead of a gil toss emote, why not a Yoshimbo egi that you have to pay with gil to summon every time? And the amount of gil decide the strength of the egi.

No Seasonal events.

Leave /takemygil emote just a exclusive emote for cash shop because it is what it is being a Cash emote showing other players SE is taking your Cash because you just told them "Shut up and take my Money" in the Cash Shop with this emote.

However, it would be funny if instead of making players buy the /takemygil emote SE decides to make it a exclusive emote for anyone who buys any itme from the cash shop like how the Fist bump emote goes to anyone who take part on Recuit Friend event.

Sounds like something they may do for Egi Vanity system if they put effort into giving Yoshimbo Egi and give it a unique summon animation of the WoL tossing a single Gil coin into the air and a Yoshimobo Egi appears and catchs the Gil on the spot where he is summoned.

I AM SERIOUS ABOUT WANTING A /takemygil Emote AS A CASH SHOP EXCLUSIVE EMOTE!

That looks more like something for the /tosscoin emote rather than /takemygil emote.

Take my gil emote should be showing the character just shoving a large bag of gil coins at someones.
