Titles of areas on screen Part II

Hi everyone! I posted this link about two months ago.

I wanted to bring this topic up again. I've been watching videos of other RPG games coming out soon that have the titles of the area the player is in fading in and out on screen and reminded me of my old post. Any roads you approach will have that name of the road appear as well. I think someone brought up having the Full Party name pop up, why not the area we are in as well. Maybe having the name of the area off to the side that way it isnt so much in your face. Would be a nice FFXIV touch with the same text as the map has? I hope someone on the FFXIV team reads this post and really considers a feature like this. Let's get this feature added to the game!

It's hard to read street signs once in the age of GPS. Asking people to backtrack is like asking a taru to drunk.

this taru is always drunk... I don't know what you're talking about.

Definitely, it would be nice to know when I crossed into a new area/subdivision of an area without always checking my map. Something like FFXII would be perfect.

Needs more cowbell! But yeah... would be helpful... i.e. when you enter the dungeons.. How in the cut-scene the name of the place pops up then fades out... Somethin like that... cept not in cut-scenes lol... More cowbell!

I'm kind of envisioning the FFXIII or FFXII style, where new regions you haven't been in get the title coming on. Or perhaps even whenever you enter a new area. For some reason, I also imagine Pokemon....entering new routes and cities....etc.
