    Titles of areas on screen

I created a new character just for the heck of it and noticed that no where does it say onscreen what area or city you're in. I know it really doesnt matter and we have maps and all but after playing the dungeons I kinda like to see the name of the area fade in and out on screen like how they do in the cutscenes of each dungeon now. As you enter Limsa Lominsa, Ul'Dah or Gridania a nice fade in of the name shows up on the right side of the screen then fades out. Same goes for the Camps too. I noticed in 1.18 they added names to roads. Would be cool to see those names fade in and out on screen as you ran through them. I think it would be very Final Fantasy like. The dungeon titles showing up on screen was a nice start in that direction. Any chance we can have this implemented?

I'm loving the idea Bittereye! Hopefully this gets implemented, with a toggle button of course to satisfy those who think otherwise.

I like this, but agree it should be optional to toggle on and off =)

Consider how they overdid it with the LIGHT PARTAY! YAY! part, I guess it's totally feasible.

I really love titles on areas like that, but I think for normal areas it should only happen once, when you first enter the area. There's no need to showcase it after you've already been there once and people would get annoyed.

They should do it like how you go to a world in Kingdom Hearts. (Sure would make some people crazy overtime)

I LOVE the way the titles are ALL unique to the region in Final Fantasy IX.
I don't think it should show up every time though just when entering the area for the first time. Definitely not some generic text that pops up every time though if they're not unique like logos to the area then there's no point in having them.

I wouldn't be against something like this, but I'd prefer having the name of the area (or camp/settlement) right above the mini-map.

Yes I do have a My Little Pony sig because I'm not a complete loser who lives in his own little world, proclaiming something is stupid because I say so.

I feel this is appropriate since the world is 90% seamless. This game needs more on-screen indicators. Especially for when you're dead.
